News Herencia Resources has confirmed the appointment of Mr Peter Reeve and Mr Jeffrey Williams as Non-Executive Director and Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.John Russell and Managing Director, Mr Graeme Sloan will retire from the Board with immediate effect.It is intended that Mr Peter Reeve will assume the role of Chairman shortly.In addition, the Company announced that it is discussing potential funding in the near term to support its activities.At 1:19pm: (LON:HER) Herencia Resources PLC share price was +0.01p at 0.13p

Tribute to corbine Our very own corbs who sadly passed away last Sep, is kindly remembered from 'Burmesepyphon3' over on LSEworth a readBurmesepyphon3RIP Corbine.I remember he was posting relentlessly here.Ask any junior company listed on AIM what the biggest obstacle is and its , finance hence that's why they list. To get access to funds to kick off exploration. If your asset is world class you will get a world class you will get a JV and backers which is what we are seeing at HER!!The resource is next to Teck mining , Canada's biggest mining company. What we have here is an asset ready to go in production subject to funding/JV terms being negotiated with its long term partner/investor Lind Group. We are due news on this by end of this month.What we saw is nearly 10 years of dire commodity prices which led to the slow painful death and sudden death of junior companies across the globe. We had a fair few on AIM, FTE, BHR, WEssex, a fair few junior gold plays. Add to that bad management which plays a big part.HErencia has come through the worst times and are on the verge of becoming a producer. Add to that favourable pricing for copper and zinc. No wonder these guys are in a hurry to get the production going!!

All things considered...BUY - HOLD For nearly a decade they have been in Chile burning cash and asking for more. Their dogged determination with new people on board must account for something. Under Mike Bohm we went from a minor to a minnow with a matching share price. Now after the sale of Paguanta they are putting all their eggs in one basket for Picasios...some egg, some basket...this asset has phenomenal grades. I for one am enthusiastic about this and consider that further funding is the trick as is the case with all junior explorers. They mostly all rely on funding and i am sure it will be granted.This is a pure punt at current sp but if they succeed with, per se, good drilling results as well .......then there is no limit as to how high the sp could go. I;m buying these shares and kissing the money good-bye at the same time...FAG MONEY.... but WHAT IF Herencia is successful in the coming months.We could 20 bag, 30 bag, 40 bag and still won't be as high as the previous high of 4p under Mike Bohm.BUY and Hold and forget...and don't cry if you lose the lot.

Sorry I am confused I see funding of $50,000 What many people might spend on a car?.The company eats cash to line the pockets of its Management team.Why the excitement.I have invested £30,000 in this company and watched it dwindle away until its not worth the trouble to sell.The trend could have been my friend but I kept believing the drilling reports.They know how to keep investors hanging on with the jam tomorrow lines.Could you explain briefly why I might take my head out of the gas oven The Gas is on but not alight so please make it a quick response Thanks.;
