Re: 6yrs. I agree..... yes still here after 7years not much promise of any return but I'm here to the death...
Re: 6yrs. interesting conversation, Ive been here 6 year too and this really is one of the great let downs of my investing career. and the thing that makes it a let down is the fact that the geology is good, they do have a valid prospect which could be mined and developed the problem is i think the company is made up of people who like to dig holes and look at rocks ( its a common issue with explorers) they just didnt/dot have the business heads to mov this forward. I do think they will get a sale here which may bump it up about 0.1-0.3p short terrm but the liabilities on the balence sheet are now such that i dont think this will ever go any higher. i also wonder what the take is or the former HER team is, the guys who put there pensions on the market and built a share holder research website, some of the ( claimed) to be into this 50-100K + if thats the case they now own about £300 ah well we live and learn, and they cant all be diamonds, this one now site in my longshot pile which i dont expect to last more than another year, but i quietly hope will make some gain or get a JV offer from a bigger fish but i wont hold my breath.good luck if your still in this one GP1
Re: 6yrs. I can echo your comments waytogo and davysed.Hard to believe the excitement this share generated 5 or 6 years ago when I genuinely believed this was a star of the future.Certainly the contributors to this BB thought so but I guess it's one thing getting the geology right but quite another getting the finances properly set up and the wherwithal to get the mine up and running. Clearly beyond the many Directors who have had involvement here.As you guys say, a lot of people have a lot of cash at shareholders expense when thus far we have nothing to show. The total spend here has in fact been astronomical for messing up the Chilean mountainside.BPS And it all seemed so different once .....at least some of the contributors at the time such as Corbyn, Snowleopard etc were well informed and interesting in their remarks/observations. A belated thanks for your input.
Re: 6yrs. 6 long, long years indeed.....I wonder if any cash will be left if/when Paguanta is sold, by the time the many loans from all and sundry are paid off.Still can't believe how much goes out in Directors' salaries, considering we don't make any money and it seems increasingly likely that we never will.I remain a holder, in the hope that I will, one day, be able to buy a Mars bar with my Herencia share sale.
6yrs. Could these actually get to the 1.37 pence i paid for them 6yrs ago..(no chance).my jewel in my portfolio has turned out to be a dud,,,thank goodness for SOU , carrying me out of AIM when they get to break even point ,,,,,,,,,,75p,,,,Pleeeese
trading again SummaryShares in Herencia Resources PLC (LON:HER) resumed returned to Aim in morning trade on 18 July, following a period of suspension related to the late filing of its annual report and accounts. The report and accounts have now been filed, along with a comprehensive summary of Herencias recent progress. The company raised US$150,000 in early June, a cash injection designed to see it through the ongoing sale of its Paguanta base metals project in northern Chile to Golden Rim Resources (ASX:GMR).This deal is expected to bring in upwards of US$2.3 mln in cash and shares in Golden Rim, as well as transferring onto Golden Rim significant liabilities, but has taken slightly longer to complete than anticipated. According to Herencia the transaction is now due to complete no later than 29 July.Meanwhile, Herencia has also delivered a JORC resource for its Picachos project, which is already the subject of production by local artisanal miners. The company remains on the look out for partnership deals or acquisition opportunities.
