Re: News Just can't understand how Nyrstar, Shining Capital and Lind could let things get so bad!
Re: News Wow! The RNS suggests we could be cash positive for the current quarter..........well once the proceeds from selling off the office furniture and the coffee maker are collected. As whats left of my holding will barely cover dealing expenses, I might as well wait until the Co finally disappears. Given the history of this share (and my losses must be nearer 99%), I doubt whether we have the good fortune to one day see some entity reverse into what will soon be a shell company. As FLU suggested earlier this month, perhaps Herencia's tax losses may be a lure............well we certainly should have no shortage of tax losses here.B
Re: News Talk about living on borrowed time. Additional costs would be the Christmas and New Year parties. Outsourcing the Chilean personel would be moving them to another company without sacking them. I said I would sell out and as soon as they secure additional funding this time I'm out for good with 90% loss ATM. I'll buy into AST who should be getting their refurbished gas pipeline connected to the grid in Slovenia very soon and at long last.A shame, such a promising share unfortunately run by incompetant fat cats Monk
News Get the Christmas Party in then ..........
Re: Desertjoe/ CMR t&w. I never bought in to Beacon Hill ...don't even know about them but now I've read previous postings and sorry you've been ripped off. CMR just "lost it "whatever and wherever they went but Board Members lapped at the trough for as long as they could (and currently live in hope that folk will put money in and give them another chance - would you believe? I'd sold off quite a lot of my holdings before they de-listed and had been warning others just the same way as I had been doing with this HER clowns. But the lemmings ran on and the rampers ridiculed me
Desertjoe/ CMR And I thought that I was the only fool on the planet ! You have my deepest sympathies and more so, if you held BHR as well. CMR still exists as I learned from an unpleasant character (a director I think but he wasn't giving much away once he learned I was a shareholder) I met out shooting some months ago. All roads lead to Norwich......
Re: nearly gone. Another outstanding success for buy and hold investors. So sad.
Re: nearly gone. So sad. Out of curiosity...any shareholders here still also got shares (as I have) in CMR (Cambridge Mineral Resources)?
Re: nearly gone. Sorry to see the old girl in this state. Wish the best for all Herencia shareholders, those that stayed till the end - showing the kind of loyalty that could have built a company. Instead we have this sorry tale.Best to all, and quite honestly, hope the people that clean this up ask the awkward questions. If you have shares, remember this company has a value in its tax losses, a very long shot indeed, but have very occasionally seen shares come back from the dead.Good luck & thanks to all the posters who made this an interesting place to visit.FLU.
Re: nearly gone. Here here !!!!!!!!!!
Re: nearly gone. We stayed here because we had nothing to loose and now it's gone! I'll be glad to see it removed from my asset!!!! list!
nearly gone. 99.27 %, of investment down the pan ,,,if this comes back from the dead, i'll stop drinking,( but dont tell the missus )))) ),,,R.I.P. Herencia ,,,
Re: Working Capital RNS So in others words, the lenders won't lend the funds, then take over the company through the debt that's owed to them. De-list then sell on the asset for many multiples, everyone's a winner!!!!!
Re: Working Capital RNS ash - your clocks, November will end in about 4 hours. Today's RNS rather cuts it fine!
Working Capital RNS Working Capital UpdateAs announced on 19 October 2016 the Company only has sufficient working capital to last until approximately the end of November 2016. The Directors are in discussions with the Company's major shareholders to provide further funds to meet its working capital needs and to progress the development of the Picachos copper project. Whilst the Directors have every confidence that these funds will be made available there can be no guarantee that they will be advanced. If these additional funds are not advanced, it is unlikely that the Company will be able to continue to trade.Further updates will be provided in due course.
