Results Excellent!NAV up;income up,divided up,all by inflation bursting amounts.This is a very well run company......shares good value but very difficult to trade as very thinly traded.

Re: Today I take your point about the lack of liquidity, and hence the effect on the share price of a small number of trades. But what do I mean - "small number"? One or two trades would do it.Which has often led me to wonder whether buying a few thousand pounds worth of shares would be sufficient to move the share price into an immediate profit on the deal, though I concede that both the spread and market timing might be a problem.But the principle stands. Who needs George Soros? Maybe I too can move markets.

Re: Today The shares are very illiquid & I doubt the market makers have many on their books;so it just required one buyer to push up the price.Actually the price is still quite reasonable.The results showed on Thursday how sound the company is financially with a very high quality property portfolio.
