Does Rick do a good RNS? Obviously not! Every RNS comes with 15%+ drop in the past year. Disgraceful performance in the past year.Someone made a bad mistake employing this guy. He should call him Rick "Duster" McCullough.

End Game? Nothing has changed about this co it was always a dirty business. So what happened to the rampers Atrocity Exhibition, Duck and Dive, Number7, Tas Devil and the rest of the 'clever' ones ??Check out the exchanges in jan2012 onwards. Re: Is Rick really the right oil man for HAW... CBI aint defending Rick,,,joined at the wrong time possibly!! Poo was falling. He acted immediately by getting rid of Head Geologist, I think Rick could be flapping a bit now.OrWill we possibly have some good news next week re Monarch & C Butte.I also hold my breath with regards N Star, although they suggest that the drill was started on 11/11/15, on Cogcc it was started weeks ago..... was the delay elsewhere, or are we missing something!!!!
Is Rick really the right oil man for HAWK? I dont think so, all bad news since he joined.
Flop or not? Total flop What a waste of money all this drilling has been. totally got the geology wrong.more investor losses.

Re: An excellent Agreed, goes a long way to address my earlier point about liquidity concerns - which IMO was wholly valid and not simply "whingeing" as some put it. Let's hope the market reaction is sustained and reverses what I think is an excessive sell-off / devaluation even after taking into account the impact of the Saudi's.
An excellent update/RNS we are selling above current WTI, until yr end!!We have been told we are cash positive. We anticipate the water flood in place at a cost of $2m (Colorado state agreement needed). We are told it will boost reservesWe have dumped the silent broker!! cost saving..
If i had listened to past post winner winner and william007 who predicted the fall to 2 pence i wouldnt be poor today. I am holding for the turn around as i only have 20k left to lose. All in now. Or a total loss of over 150 k. Good luck to all. It will go one way or another. However i think they may private.
I too have lost over 80% relating too over ,,,£130000
Re: The only people....... I agree with all of your comments Linz_22, you have hit the nail on the head. Yes the share price has plummeted, and we all know why, the whingers on here are always blaming the current management, with comments such as "allowing the share price to fall this low". Do you think the management are doing this on purpose ????I have been here for some time now, and of course I am disappointed that the sp is so low, lets face it, we are all here trying to make money, but shares go down as well as up.I am keeping the faith that this will recover, who knows ?, but I cannot think of anything else that the current management can do to improve the situation in the short term.Nighthawk are an oil exploration company, ie they prove an assets worth and then sell it, I could be wrong, but I thought the current head was brought in to do this, as the previous head did prove the worth of the asset, but who would have predicted that oil prices would have crashed, and stayed so low for this long ?Good luck to all you long term holders (me included), hopefully this will recover, or we receive an offer for the asset from one of the big oil companies, but whingeing wont change a thing
Re: The only people....... What astonishing comments. The primary reason for Hawk's current share price is the Saudis flexing their geopolitical muscle by flooding the market with cheap oil. ALL oil explorers, and producers, are taking the biggest hits of their lives, even yesterday Shell. In such a hostile climate, a tiny outfit like Nighthawk has done incredibly well to still be on its feet. The company's saving grace is undoubtedly due to its good fortune in encountering commercially viable conventional structures for, I'd proffer, if it were still wholly dependant on its ultra-lean shale plays it would have already gone under some time ago...
