Good value Hi, I bought at about the same price. All news seems to be encouraging but share price continues to go south. Suspect related to general brexit pessimism even though it seems Gateley will be relatively insulated. Or maybe I am missing something - would welcome your thoughts. t

Re: Directors / Partners sales I bought Strix and Cenkos, which are top yielders too, hoping there might be some growth to really kick things along.J
Re: Directors / Partners sales In the current / recent climate, any strong dividend payer is going to see strong growth in the price, provided there is consistent growth of cashflow and earnings until the yield falls and pe grows to reflect those growth prospects (and when they don't you have the value traps, or defensives like NG, RDSB which are going no-where fast but pay out steadilyAccrol and Watkin Jones have done similar things.....attractive yield at IPO and grown to give just a decent yield and hence SP appreciation has slowedPE
Re: Directors / Partners sales I was in at the IPO and am pleasantly surprised at how well the SP has performed. I gather another law firm has been listed so Gately must be the start of a trend.I thought the company would be a strong dividend payer but with little SP appreciation - how wrong was I.Jim
Re: Directors / Partners sales As that is about 5-6 of share in issue and below market price, it has probably been sold to institutions. Got to admit I haven't checked the trades etc as am comfortable holding and topping up periodically...hence weak buyGLAPE
Re: Directors / Partners sales Its not surprising that they are cashing in their chips after strong share price performance. Selling at a discount seems a little odd though - I agree. They probably have more skin in the game though.Jim
Directors / Partners sales The announcement today of 6m+ shares sales by Directors/Partnersat 150p (well below market price) makes me feel a little uncomfortable.Clearly the selling directors/partners reckon 150p is a good price to get.ws
