Re: Its an Interesting Watch Sorry,10%Missed the 0.Only when a colleague mentioned it did i notice it myself. My opinion is a speculative buy for relatively short term gains.
Re: Its an Interesting Watch Hmmmmmmmmmm....Low liquidity is changeable.12.5 Million shares to come is but 1% of current issued shares.I would suggest that this amount pales into insignificance. The interesting bit for me is the sale of non core assets. (As mentioned by onewayticket)If this generates anywhere near the amounts banded about (These were forced sale disclosed amounts) then suddenly it becomes a whole different ball game.Face value, I would not normally be here.I have put some skin in the game, and have a very small punt (Fun) holding. (100k)Not enough to get upset if it doesnt work out, but enough that if it does rebound then would a six bagger be out of the question in super quick time? That suddenly makes it a proposition to at least consider.Could go boom, could go bust, but the tone of the RNS's leads me to believe they are extremelly confident. And assets, property have a substantial valuation attributed to them even under a forced sale situation. Its not a "Strong Buy"... LOL...But I certainly think its a punt that could provide many with a quick profit as any attention for stock will inavriably drive the sp higher.
Re: Its an Interesting Watch So far Darwin has converted £250k of loan notes with another £500k to go. At 4p/share (just to keep it in round numbers) that's 12.5m shares yet to come on the market and with the low liquidity of GRPH that's huge pressure on the sp, especially as Darwin's m.o. is to forward sell before conversion. It could be that they're having trouble getting the market to digest such an amount which would explain why they've been so slow to convert. The delay to the refinancing package makes it more likely that a further tranche of £750k worth of shares may be issued as mentioned in the first RNS on the subject. With the sp hitting new lows every day it may be wise to wait for news (good or bad) before jumping in. Good luck to long-suffering holders.
Re: Its an Interesting Watch I cant help but agree... If and its a big if, the contracts announced in Dec and earlier this month come off then there is likely life in the share yet.The use of "Successful debt restructuring" is within the bounds of fiduciary responsibility, so clearly they do believe it will be successful. The delay from end Q1 to mid Q2 does not warrant IMO the drop and based on very limited trading volume I see a market that has reacted to the sour news as bad news. The contract win which could likely turn to a superb contract win is in itself something to consider gambling a few quid on..All the best.

Re: Its an Interesting Watch Afternoon DisorderI count buy and sell volume not that far apart today and a now something like a 17% fall? It is small net sell trade amounts compared to the massive amount who still hold daily hence my interest over the last few days. The market makers could take it down to zero and price it as a failing company but todays RNS says exactly the opposite of that and to me says they will be surviving. Who knows - they may even off the sale of the non-core assets pocket just enough extra cash to not have to draw down any further with Darwin and I think there were clauses in the deal allowing them to buy themselves out.Its probably worth checking over the weekend what non-core assets were up for sale.Own due diligence.
Re: Its an Interesting Watch I have just chucked a couple of quid into the pot here.I never normally touch something like this, but for the fact it has recently succeeded in securing a couple of contract wins..Who knows? There has to be some fun in this share lark and what better fun than to play around with a penny stock or two every now and then.
Re: Its an Interesting Watch And right on cue a brief RNS on the debt restructuring process.Slightly later than anticipated to finalise things off but it does seem to be pointing to the fact it should be completed in about six weeks time, including non-core asset sales. There were some big considerations in there if I remember correctly.I'm surprised its fallen today as I read it as delayed but still positive and would have put a hold rec on it myself. that said I guess if people don't buy then the share price won't rise.Another near 20% down on very little volume again and its now sitting about 1/3 of where it was when it came back out of suspension. For me its now beginning to look appealing.Own due diligence.
Re: Its an Interesting Watch Down about 5% off a 67k trade this morning which equates to about £2500 - £3000.Happy to repeat what I said the other dayI think the market makers seem to forget that the other 117.25 million shares are still held onto by somebody or something.I repeat my wish for one of 2 things. Firstly for some common sense to prevail and for it to bottom out given the substantial amount of other shares that are routinely held.Or Failing that lets have the market makers bring it down to about zero pence share price of a further 5 Million traded (less than that at todays rate) and then we can all load up our ISAs for next year at a fraction of a pence. There should be a big rebound due here off what little relative volume its taken to get to where we are and two contracts with good expansion potential having been inked in recent months. It cant be too long for some news on the debt restructuring process.Own due diligence.
Its an Interesting Watch There are 117.89 Million shares in issue for Grapheme Nanochem and the market makers seem quite happy to crash this down daily by about 11.22% on only about 500k to 600k shares and where a good few of those will be buys.I think they seem to forget that the other 117.25 million shares are still held onto by somebody.I wish for one of 2 things. Firstly for some common sense to prevail and for it to bottom out given the substantial amount of other shares that are routinely held.Or failing that lets have the market makers bring it down to about zero pence share price of a further 5 Million traded and then we can all load up our ISAs for next year at a fraction of a pence. There have been a couple of good contracts announced by Grph recently whereby you can see massive potential if there are moves from one or two well experimentations with Platdrill to full scale adoption. Credit for these. About Minus 3 to 4 pence. All know it isn't in Darwins interests to sink the company as they won't recoup their loans moneyPatiently waiting.Own due diligence.
A Mention [link] due diligence
Nice Little RNS That's the second RNS where we can all see the massive potential of recurring revenues$118.8k for 1 wells worth of Platdrill and with the client having 110 wells in total.Just need to shake off the Darwin instalments and this one should catapault forwards. An excellent contract though.Own due diligence.
Re: Botmzup I feel so bad for the Off topic posts I made that Botmzup objected to so strongly.Vog at 33p, which has now past 70pSNG at 13p which has now passed 27pAll as he says ramptastic posts.I mention though that I have holdings that are showing losses.A also mention though that I have "Newish" holdings which I believe will rerate quite massively. The latest being MWG (Modern Water Group). It is "Imperative" that one does there own research though, as it may be that they uncover something I have missed. But to me it has all the makings of a stock to provide same or similar gains as the previously mentioned shares.PS: I do not flit from share to share, I do however top slice at points where my original holdings in effect become free.
Botmzup Quote?.....Author botmzup IgnoreDate posted today 09:26Subject Disorder-last post Votes for this Posting MessageFirst of all apologies to those on here who have had enough, this is my last post. You couldn`t make it up, here`s a liberty taking serial ramper who doesn`t give a rats arris about where he/she spouts his/her message, to the point of the extreme audacity of posting replies in this exchange over on the very same discussion that he/she first incited this row when he/she gatecrashed it with his/her rambling blog about his/her own reasons for buying a completely different company!!Wait, there`s more, he/she posts a reply over on the GRPH site yesterday and finishes it by saying this....`Can we take this to another forum, as it really is very selfish of us both to clutter what was otherwise a decent bb.I will meet you on GRPH instead`. This just goes to prove what a narcissistic bore this person is, to think that they can control this situation to the point of dictating where we continue it!!! But not only that, we continue it away from any site that he/she considers worthy of not boring its participants to death and instead take it back over to the site he/she gatecrashed in the first place... and where he/she has no financial interest!!! Unbelievable!!I bet this clown could visit any busy pub in Guildford and be the most irritating narcissist at any one of them.I`ve had a gut full of this self deluded clown, I`ve made my point, shown him/her for what they are, and the best way to deal with a narcissist is to ignore them, so that's what I`m going to do.YOU ARE ON IGNORE!!!Reply.Ok, i admit, i have not even read your post fully.Suffice to say i did scan it and picked up on key words. In the true spirit of goodwill to fellow investors, then i reiterate that MWG is full of massive potential.I realise and appreciate that investing doesnt fit your mantra, as a self disclosed trader who believes that OT tips are the privilage of yourself only.I wish and hope that in time as you grow and your mind expands that you will come to learn that you dont and cant always have it your own way.I blame your teachers.Anyway, concentrate a little more on researching stocks, learn to understand that when a company does not issue a statement because the sp has risen it means an offer must be being made for the company. (Not sure if you really believed that, or you were just milking the rise?)Anyway. Good luck. Lets hope that MWG does us proud, which i am certain it will.
Re: Disorder is fake Very adult.Nice to see that our education system isnt failing us and new captains of industry are coming along well.Sir, let me get this right. It is totally acceptable for you to post off topic ramps.Lies about no news being considered as intention to make offers for companies.Be abusive, act in a somewhat stalking manner. And then post lies. (In the main about yourself and successes)I have no worries about that.In exactly the same manner as you did, i therefore post this O/T subject and make the exact caveat as you did. That I appologise for the OT mention but MWG shows all signs of being a share that is overlooked and misunderstood and due a somewhat serious re-rating.Cheers.
