Alltold. Long time since I posted you a tip, but here goes:FIF Finsbury Foods.Results Monday and latest trading update was very positive.Recent Director purchases Very Positive.Closure of loss making Grain D'Or (Whilst sad for job losses) is another positive.Great bake off, renewed Thorntons contract...£1.00 per share. Really? Should (IMO) be a good 30% higher.Very limited PI trading occurring and slightest volume interest will undoubtedly result in a quic move up.Who would turn their nose up at 30% ?I wouldn't and have therefore added.

Re: 1.4p next week?? I can't remember the last piece of good news here without looking it up. If Darwin's new shares are issued tomorrow we should expect a TR1 holding notice next week (or whenever they get round to it) unless they've already sold down under 3%. So no news would be good news. Or it could just mean the TR1 is late.

Re: 150% TODAY! Yes you read it right, but it doesn't mean they haven't started selling them. Darwin are notorious for forward selling knowing they are going to be issued with new shares to close the short. They have all the tools at their disposal to make monkeys of us PIs. When the sp hit 1p and buyers couldn't be found, they engineered the phoney 'Darwin is out' scenario and let greedy/naive investors do the rest. Darwin is never out! Even when this lot eventually clears, there's a third tranche of loan notes to be issued by GRPH.

Re: 150% TODAY! Clearly Darwin's loan note conversions and forward selling were killing the sp and scaring off potential buyers. So how do they shift their remaining shares? Convert the last 15 notes, wait for the cries of 'Darwin are out!' to go up and start flogging the rest to gullible PIs for 100% profit. Some outrageous and massively dishonest ramping on lse and the picture is complete. I'm expecting buying to dry up as punters catch on, leaving PIs angry and out of pocket. Game, set and match Darwin.
