Re: Dividend Anoucement I have just noticed that the date announcing the dividend declaration has been removed form their website. It must have happened after I made my post yesterday afternoon !The next scheduled announcement if the results at the end of MarchIt is getting a bit worrying

Directors deals Two directors purchase shares yesterday and today - not shown by IIIGLI Finance Ltd said Chief Financial Officer Emma Stubbs bought 113,145 shares at a price of 26.5 pence per share Wednesday.Good to see a vote of faith in the company.Like to see what the NAV is following the capital raising exercise.
