Major shareholders continue to sell It is clear from the shareholder analysis page on the GKP website have sold a significant number of their GKP shares: image.png743x462 12.7 KB The above table was updated 15/01/2020, i.e. 26 days old. The free float was 217,912,216 shares. 1- Capital Group’s holding = 4.75%, this is ~ 10,350,850 shares as apposed to 10,815,457 shares reported in the 06/01/2020 TR-1 RNS. Meaning in 9 days they sold 464,626 shares. 2- BlackRock % holdings seems lower (if my memory is right!), I remember them holding a higher % before the second $25 m buyback started. 3- UBS are maintaining their 3.41% holding, which means that as GKP buys back more shares UBS sells more shares to fix the 3.41% holding! 4- Caius Capital has completely disappeared from the table, they were holding 3.21% before any buyback started (~ 7,364,689 shares). So their share holding is less than 3.10% (~ 6,755,278) as of 15/01/2020, and they must have sold at least 609,410 shares. Best Regards @ValueSeeker8

Closing Price “Are you suggesting that City Entities will continue forever” I don’t know, but the SP movement is unrelenting up and down, so sommats going on inside of all that movement and it could well indicate treeshake after treeshake for which there can be only reason

ValueSeeker8 07 Feb 2020

Closing Price The City Entities can never hold 100% of GKP for as long as there is a treasury holding shares + private investors who would never sell, for whatever reason. Are suggesting that City Entities will continue forever! @ValueSeeker8, trying to be cheeky

MikeyAdmin 07 Feb 2020

Closing Price In the Rules of the Stock Market there are NO controls, that I know of, over the amount of Shares the City Entities can hold in any Stock, so unfortunately the City Entities can play their games until they hold 100% of GKP of the GKP Shares.

Closing Price Brent and the FTSE100 close doesn’t in my opinion relate to yesterdays Trading Volumes or to todays Trading Volumes, so something has been going on “inside” of this weeks SP movement
