Re: judicial review Tick tock. What's taking so long!?
judicial review And so we wait for an answer from the court while the shares go down. Surely the officials can make a decision faster than this. If it was a pay review for themselves I am sure it would have been resolved immediately.
Re: Judicial Review Nearly 2 months now with no decision. So much rests on the outcome. If worst case scenario the appeal is upheld, is that the end of GAL?Meanwhile I find it very odd that a Director is lending money to GAL. Is that a risk or a way of getting something back if GAL has to fold?
Judicial Review Not only can't the court of appeal make a decision on the appeal, they can't make a decision on when they can make a decision on the appeal. Everybody in limbo as usual.
RNS Credit to management for making good mining progress. Let's hope the appeal court supports the original judicial review.
Re: GREAT RNS Any more detailed analysis, AT?
GREAT RNS Onwards and upwards
Re: judicial review Sadly the third party has appealed against the judicial review decision. Oh well it keeps lawyers in work I guess. Never mind the poor saps working at the mine.
Re: Mining Started good news for Christmas you think??
Mining Started Good news. And good luck to the patient investors.
More good news. Looks like we are progressing now.
Re: judicial review Excellent news. Glad for the management and shareholders after all this time. I hope the third party now ends their campaign to kill off this asset to the local economy.
Re: judicial review Good news today. Hopefully this little operation can now get up and running.
Re: judicial review Does anyone know on what grounds the third party has contested the planning consent? Clearly this party is like a dog with a bone and determined to close this mine down.
