Thoughts on Future Market Cap Am thinking we’re going to see another LOAM TR-1 fairly soon. Lower their risk and take a bit more profit. Or Adams may do the same, wouldn’t take much for him to drop below 7%.

Thoughts on Future Market Cap I thought Ken had a rather vacant look on his face as he stated “If we are successful in commercialising MED2005, - I’m sure we will be”. He either has no idea of how commercialisation is to be achieved - (he’s head of R&D), or he’s thinking “No way will this be attempted, cos we’re not going to be around to worry our heads about commercialisation, - I expect I’ll be a tax exile by January”. Ken I have some news, - nobody wanting to purchase MED2005 or FUM will want to do so without your subsequent active involvement… Seriously though, although the website makes mention of licensing as the path to commercialisation, - as soon as a licensing deal is announced, there may well be a few disappointed large Pharma who could enter a hostile bid. If Futura claim that Phase 3 Primary and Secondary outcomes have been achieved, they may not wait for the announcement, if they are pretty sure someone else is favourite. They will not be prepared to watch a competitor profit from a product with such large potential, consigning Viagra to history to boot, (Pfizer et al won’t need reminding). I trust Ken has recently spent more than ‘a few weeks’ in the lab, ensuring that regulators get satisfactory answers to their TPR100 queeries. At least Ken confirmed the Phase 3 study results are due ‘in a few weeks, December’, so lets hope that is the firing gun for the sp to rise. Talking of rising sp…

Thoughts on Future Market Cap This is Wayne Helstrom after sampling the goods… He is pissed because he just got off the phone to his broker and spent his life savings on Futura shares - after checking with Ken first of course. Ken joined him for a few bevies. He is not in the picture because he’d passed out by then. Note to self Ken, - no more fireside chats.

Thoughts on Future Market Cap Can’t read too much into that can we? Surely we want the people running the company to be absolutely confident in commercialising the product. He’s just stated what every shareholder is thinking and wants. AIMHO off course

Thoughts on Future Market Cap All the work has been done and we now await the headline data in December. I think it’s fair to say if the data is positive and we get increased efficacy with the higher doses, then it will form the basis of primary treatment and once you are categorised as primary treatment, then the mega $$$$$$ flow in. Sentiment can change in a heart beat in the pharma / biotech world and I look forward to December when (hopefully) the sentiment on the Boards will be Euphoric and new posters will be popping out of nowhere. Not long to go now I keep on telling myself

Thoughts on Future Market Cap Yes 0.5% of the total shares being 204,660,267 = 1023301, then * 0.295 which they paid Friday is around 300k in my cals also. Not an amount to be sniffed at from a non II.

Thoughts on Future Market Cap Agree, around 1m share increase. I take it as a +ve also as it’s the boss’s in-laws doing the buying. The TR-1 is interesting because it would have been easy to purchase a handful less shares and then no TR-1 would have been necessary.
