Re: HSBC No idea Phillip, but Barclays finally coughed-up this-morning. I am indebted to Patrick Murphy for the analogy of the 'chilled mollusc', and now have an image of a turquoise snail named Barclay ! Perhaps it should have a mate named Hong. There seems to be a big contrast between the perfomance of the various brokers and nominees. Barclays are very good in terms of ease of account operation, but they have yet to hear of 'fast payments', except when you owe them ! They are also poor in terms of pro-active advice on Corporate Actions. Anyway, paid-out now, which is almost the end of the chapter. I have not seen anything more from mercersroad, but assume that the last-minute challenge was aborted or failed; it would be interesting to hear if you are still watching this Board ? I have appreciated the many exchanges of opinion and thoughtful comment, from so many excellent contributors, which have been offered here over the past months and years. I have been a little negligent in not ascertaining exactly what happens now in terms of the CVRs. Does anyone know ? I realise that most believe they will eventually be worthless, but we need to play the game at least ! Thanks and best wishes to all. I will continue to watch this space as long as it exists, and hope to see some of you on the Vmoto Board sometime. B.

HSBC Is anyone else with HSBC? I have not received payment from them yet, but have had cheque from Capita.I have just sent them a message through their online investors banking system, asking when I will get it.

Cash FTO have paid cash into Lloyds they now have to process it.

Re: NO Funds received YET Barclaystockbrokers have not yet credited any of my accounts, about par for the course, they seem to take at least 3 to 4 days to credit any external monies!!

Re: Funds Hi Sally, you don't apply for funds. Funds i.e. your 10p per share, should be paid to you, or to your stockbroker if your FTO shares were in nominee name, without you having to ask.
