Re: Tender Offer The Tender offer corresponds with the fundraising and these comments I believe refer to that rather than the Tender offer which will reduce the assets but will be controlled and will allow long standing investors to realise their investment without resorting to the normal costly and protracted process.

Tender Offer In the Chairman's letter accompanying the current tender offer he states "The Company is currently seeking to raise funds under the Offer to further increase its net assets and be able to take up the investment opportunities seen by Foresight".Am I missing something? How does repurchasing shares raise funds or increase net assets?

`Shareholder Questionaire ` It`s hard to believe the gall of these people, asking us for our opinion on this fund..... ask for our opinion on your management and then you`ll get some more appropriate answers .... they got mine, unasked, anyway !!What a shower of tos-sers
