more deals More deals at eye watering rates of return being done , the nice thing is as they are buying from funds they are winding down they will have good inside knowledge of the assets . The leverage on these spvs is super high but the investment will pay back inside 2 years, it will however make the company look highly leveraged with the 60 million of debt that comes with it, but the non recourse nature makes this a non issue ... Well donr Ben ...

Re: excellent results Totally agree with you Catsick....however the share price does not reflect this stellar performance. The SP has been hovering around 30p for far too long - this could be the impetus for a huge rise now....let see. Ben Habib now need to do a well organised broker/media briefing.

excellent results Huge results , this company is really a well run reit with an asset manager thrown in for free , the bonus in these results was a juicy performance fee, for the profitable sale of some properties from the US fund , there are a load more sales to go through so lets hope for some more perfomance fees ! This is an excellently run company and has provided nothing but conservative guidance and positive results from clever deals , I expect another glowing write up in the next issue of the IC will provide another pop for the shares ...
