Re: Reasonable results Agree reasonable , steady results with an ok dividend .I understand their portfolio includes a fair amount of mature investments from which they may be able to realise decent gains going forward from here , but admit that I have not researched this aspect .Its a Hold for me , but I am looking at a decent improvement in NAV next time.My top pick is Princess Pvt Eq in this sector .

Reasonable results I've got a chunky holding in these.Sensible results, I thought, flattered by currency. At the six month stage;NAV +8.2%, of which around 5% is due to currency.Divi 6.12p, which I calculate as +13%, excellent.Running forward yield around 4.76% @ 257p.Gearing 2.4%.Discount around 18% at current price.It all feels about right to me; not flashy or stunning, just a decent plod.

First Purchase My first purchase in this trust. I have been a great fan of F&C for several years and have built up a large portfolio. Whilst they don't set the world a light, they are steady and provide a decent return. Interested to see how this performs.
