Re: My view oaths rise Totally agree. FEVR has hit the right place, right time and with the right product. There is a 'new' market for higher price premium gin, for which you want a sublime tonic. I believe Gin is the no 1 spirit in UK overtaking whiskey for the first time. Tesco is flogging loads at the moment with a 3 for £4 offer on all FEVR mixers. I suppose the long term question is - is this a blip or a long term trend, will competitors try and steal some of the market share. At the moment FEVR are a game changer.Love the company though with a much reduced holding. The recent yo yo SP spooked me. Have bought back in last two days, but still way down on my Summer holding and longer invested SP price.I think it should be a merry Christmas to all and results will again beat expectations.Merry Christmas all holders.
Re: My view oaths rise Just popped into my usual wine merchant and there was a whole lot of shelves taken over by gin. He said they stocked well over a hundred of these new brands as well as the bog standard gins. Sales of the various fever tree tonics were going well also. Christmas figures should be good. GLA mc1
My view oaths rise The weekend had news that Gin sales are at an all time high ever, and trending well. This is the mixer, of choice.Brokers have suddenly woken up.for once i bought first thing on Monday.
Re: Error Strangely enough 'possible takeover' could well apply here!
Fund managers topping up. [link]
Error Sorry, posted that on the wrong board ! Th
Possible takeover? I wonder if G4M might appeal to Amazon. It would bring in expertise to an area of business in which they are underrepresented, and it would be pocket money for them in terms of cost.
Re: SP breakout? Not a charting expert but feels like the share will be moving again. Kicking myself as instead of buying more yesterday I managed to sell intend of buy.... less haste more speed and all that... My guess is that someone will take this one out in 2018.
SP breakout? Any charting experts out there?
Re: Volatility Yes,that is what happened to me.I have sold all.Felt a little rich when they were £24.00.But will get back before trading update.Just back from S.Africa who stocked fever tree in woolworths(no Schewps)virgin and BA flights both had it.And yesterday in Tesco fever /schwps £4.00 each but Schwas give a cheap glass away... Sounds like they are penetrating the markets...
Re: Volatility I have sold half my holding this morning. Not on today's drop but the trend downward from above £24 a few weeks back. It's been volatile but downward trend for several weeks now. I think there is a bit of a reality check, snowballing downwards more PI's being spooked into sells, like me. There is a big range here £24 and downrend toward below £17? last seen about six months ago?My hit on sale is small but it all counts toward the pension and certainly smaller as I have been seeliing down from a high of about a 22k holding.I thought the news yesterday could have marked a turning point but it seems to have been a mere, pause in the decline. The climb has been dramatic so there has been significant profit buffering the share priec as it falls more are being caught in the down trend like myself.I still think the upcoming results are going to be stellar. A share I want to hold at the right price.
Re: Volatility Either the market's calculating what it'll take to set up FEVR's own operation in the US-or there's something coming down the line we don't know about yet. Like another block of shares from Messrs Warrilow or Rolls.
Volatility Does anybody have any ideas why Fevertree has dropped 5% this morning?
Re: RNS-US appointment A positive step on the road to global domination.
