I have a feeling there is life here yet...
Re: Resiliant at this level Hi Highlander,Try posting the s.p. is going down. Well worth a try. (lol).Regards. P
Re: Resiliant at this level spoke too soon....bah!GLAH
Resiliant at this level FAST seems to be holding it's own at this level despite the general melee in the general markets today. A little good news here should send us on a nicely upward trajectory.Hopefully soon or I may have to buy some more if it keeps hovering around at these levels.GLAH
Re: T5? Very, Very soon.
Re: T5? WSI,Great observations on your part. If T5 are yet to raise money and Fast have some >$10m lying around that they could access via Fast and also bring in that Senegalese asset, they would be crazy not to as this is a deal that would help everyone with CF as the facilitator. Anyone who wants to take out fast in its present form would know that those CS assets that have work done on them are worth something, and they are quicker to go to drill than to go in and have to start all over again by ignoring all the work done on them so far.Ok, so PG and some other blokes have sold their shares to CF, no one knows what was agreed before they decided to take such an action, if they believe that they genuinely would be short changed , I doubt they would have undertaken such an action unless there is a desperate need for cash, PG certainly after the cove conquest should imho not be in that position as he appears astute at all the times I have met him(a real smart guy). The strategy under which T5, would be brought in ,would be to look at a situation where work could be fastracked on the Senegalese asset, hope there is success there , then start looking at work on the CS ones in future when the potential farminees finally see the value fully in there. Getting T5 on board would address the question of CF doing what is best for both sides as T5 are coming in with what might potentially be a great asset , the links they have with Tullow could just help the future farm outs along.Let's see what CF ultimately plan to do. Anyone know why CL and Nolan are not also queuing up to sell their own shares too? I do agree that the five Tullow folks could make up for the loss of PG . Something definitely is brewing , what it is would be unveiled soon.
Re: T5? Hi OO,I had been thinking of that $20m its current worth and to who?C.F. would have a clear duty to to the best for both sides. As a shareholder he could jump which ever way he wanted, but as Chairman of FAST he must do the right thing for FAST shareholders. Therefore all would be based on the perceived joint worth of assets with their synergies. The paper exchange? Jobs for the boys and girl to be sorted. Values are difficult 2.3p current, a 4p buy by C.F. assets 4 to 8p?I think that five Tullow directors would help make up for the loss of P.G.Regards. P
Re: T5? Why are the other guys selling, if we have value in in the shares, that's what I don't understand. what ever is going on the end game could be here very soon.
Re: T5? Some reckon he would probably try buying the remaining shares at 4p a pop. However I reckon that if he is taking over the company the value of the work done on the various assets ie DK and Mizzen would also have to be taken into consideration. Had the farm out gone through , they would have got about $20m or so, meaning there should be some value in those assets, the buy out price should be higher than 4p imho. If T5 were to reverse into Fast , their area of operation would extend into Ireland ie outside the African and M/Eastern areas they have always had in mind. T5 do have a promising on shore block in Senegal, if they could farm out all their blocks after a reversal then we are looking at a very asset rich company indeed!Where funding is concerned, the link below could shed a bit of light on that. As Fast is a bit on the cash rich side, better imho to reverse T5 into Fast together with the Louga asset in Senegal. Being an onshore asset there is every likelihood it would be a cheap asset to drill and could attract farminee very quickly as opposed to the slow moving celtic sea assets.[link] for my typos folks
Re: T5? CF is a founding member of T5 and is a Non Exec of T5 and will FAST have a reverse T/O by T5 or will they amalgamate into FT5How much cash do T5 have if any?
Re: T5? They went sniffing around in GKP and were not allowed in as they would have mightily diluted existing shareholders.
T5? I am starting to think possibly an offer involving ... T5 Oil and Gas!(T5 = 5 previous Tullow directors). They are looking for an AIM listing later this year! They are with Raglan. They are looking to expand!C.F. payed well over the market price instead of trickle buying, this could mean he needed a near time frame? In any event, he is pretty sure it will be worth it.Just a guess at the moment, take a look at T5 Oil and gas webb site.Any thoughts? P
Re: RNS - Director activity , big activi... I wonder if he will back FAST into his other business or leave it as an oil company and keep trying to get a partner!
Re: RNS - Director activity , big activi... He probably paid the premium to get rid of Paul Griffiths from FAST. JIMO
Re: RNS - Director activity , big activi... This Raglan article echoes the past health co. rumour.C.F. is not in a closed period which indicates a deal yet to made. The last paragraph could indicate future players.[link] Wishes P.
