Re: tendrara I would have thought the Tendrara licence would have been easier to farm in to than Celtic Sea also I wonder if we will see/hear of Paul reclaiming the Tendara licenses and buying another AIM shell company.
Sentiment is against us here, roll on a steadying of the POO and an update on the Irish farm-out...I hear there is progress being made...
3.3p is the limit. So why the sells ? Doesn't make sense . I give you a tenner and you sell it for 8 quid ? Wow some out there are great traders indeed... Cash is at 3.3p. Allowing for $2m ie a whole year of salaries/admin etc you still have around 3p. The 3d seismics have a carry value of 1.5p , the Celtic Sea asset should eventually find a farm out partner. Even if it takes them 12 more months and oil to stabilise. The we have offshore FA. 3p is the worst case scenario here . Assuming that Carol and co will do nothing and achieve nothing all year long . Which would be weird .
Re: tendrara Probably Oilclone . Just need to see what we have and will happen this year and move on from there .I want to know that if they have a G&A of say $2m this year, what value is it going to bring to us, the shareholders . Sitting around and waiting is not an option. Let's hope Celtic sea farm out is succesful and happens in the next 3/4 months with oil finding a base. I would like to hear from management what is going to be expected now . Cash protects whats left of the shareprice but am guessing many will be averaged at much higher levels .Also no more WH presentations the guy is useless. First on my list of people who are wasting company funds
Re: tendrara Tendrara option not exercised - wonder if this is the reason Paul Griffiths walked last month?
Re: $18m in cash Celtic sea costs would determine if it's worth pursuing for any potential farminee.
$18m in cash @1.552 is equal to around 3.3p . Even with a G&A of $2m , for the year ahead , sub 3p is a bit pointless . The expiry is a big shame but we still have Celtic Sea etc . Am averaged at 3p and will see what happens next here
The least we can expect is an RNS in the morning confirming 1. whether or not the extension has been agreed. 2. If negative, what are the options to review in January, or is lost forever?
Re: tendrara Why do they have to wait till tomorrow if its good news? This is beginning to smack of gkpism!
I have been getting increasingly more worried about this. I would have thought that an extension would have been agreed before the final day....especially at this time of year?
tendrara Option runs out tomorrow.I hope we have a rns by tomorrow to say it as been extended.
Another view. [link]
