Re: Some points from recent news My first (-) might be opinion rather than fact. I think this statement from the 2017 results allows too much leeway, "The successful establishment of a profitable platform for growth into 2018 and beyond is supported by a strong order book and pipeline of business.".

Some points from recent news (+) Revenue up 28%, for the first four months of its year (unaudited).(+) EU Directives likely to keep demand up.(+) Recent placing at a premium, of "approximately 9.1 per cent. to the closing price of 13.75 pence per share on 24 May 2018" the previous business day.(+) The recent £0.6m placing was "primarily to invest in the development of certain micro-procurement features", which suggests they don't need a whole lot just to keep running.(-) If management was confident about achieving profitability or cash flow break-even in the current year, they'd probably have said so, as it's material info.(-) Management's subscription for the new shares was feeble. Thomas Beergrehn, the CEO, led with £27,500 worth, with David Cutler, the Chairman, buying just £7,500 worth.

Re: Curiouser and curiouser Sorry, Ripley, as you can tell, long time since last visit. The answer was no, partly because what I was reading around other cloud-service platforms wasn't too encouraging cp. Cloudbuy and which seems to have suffered similar fate.
