(Or will it turn out to be throwing good money after bad?)I still like the technology, so will take mine up rather than get diluted further. Let's just hope they can start turning a profit at some point! It seems like trying to sell the shares will be a painful process as the moment, so I'd rather just forget about them, expect them to be worthless and therefore maybe have a pleasant surprise at some time in the future...GLA!

98% Dilution Thats what punters have taken an hit with to get this fuzzer back on the market...I wish this company had gone under to be honest as this has been a long painful wait for nothing. I can only assume that this is all legal but feel like iv`e been well whacked up my didgeridoo.... Well gu`day cobbers...may John Byrne rest in peace, God bless his soul, he really has pulled off the big one....

Re: relist 14/10/2015 Has been relisted under Kalina Power LTD with my broker. There is no value though. Still showing as a total loss on my investment. The aussies stock market value is $ AUS0.095 & if this correct, then there is no value.If you go to the Aussie site, there is an announcement from Kalina ( PDF). There is an e mail address for the executive director. [email protected] You could e mail him to see if they are re-listing on AIM soon. I have mailed him to say how disappointed i am with the re-listing price if this is correct ( Understatement) considering that the normal shareholders have been totally fuzzed or words to that effect.Nothing we can do about it but didn`t think that my holding would be totally worthless.....

Re: relist 14/10/2015 Mine hasn`t registered, still under the Enhanced sticker. Have seen the price of the shares & basically, they are worthless. Saving this company has come at our expense.Can only keep them to use against capital gains tax.These fuzzers are crooks......

Re: new corp presentation Not good at all having these people owning so much of the stock value. They have complete control over the company, but having put up the money to save it from going under, then this is their reward. The options available are give away & can see a cheap takeover bid coming at our expense.Ned Kelly rides again !!!!!

Re: relist 14/10/2015 Answer : NIL, NIL & NIL again thrice.....Options not for the likes of us. If you look at who now owns what of this Phoenix, then we are very much in a minority. It`s a case of seeing what you are left with from your original Wasabi investment, not a lot as the saying goes. I havn`t a clue what price it will open up at to be honest, but i have braced myself for a 90% dilution. Anything above this would be welcome. You can always keep tucked away if you are fortunate to be able to off-set against capital gains should you sell them.....

Re: relist Anybody seen any further news since the meeting on 1/10/2015 when all resolutions were voted for ?I am beginning to think that these Kalina plants never existed & that it`s all been a massive con trick. The new website gives nothing to say at all regarding any re-listing. Where is John Byrne ????..is there a John Byrne ????? Off to watch a film now called " Dirty rotten Scoundrels" a film i can relate too for some reason !
