Re: Earthport falling backwards-expect price... Hello CM,Why is it every time you post a message, you refer to teh ADFN summary from SS. Are you and him the same person? Nothing wrong with that but wondering. I thought you were againgst multiple aliases. With regards to your points about, if they are your points, there is a lot of IFs don't you agree. I could sit here and say If they made 30 million they will be billionaires. Sounds stupid I agree, the same applies to your comments. If they do not do so well, they will tank. For a year you have been it seems professing EPO was a dead duck, bad investment and about to tank. The fact it did not tank was not surprising because they are growing. Any price support was lead by you saying there was insider info supporting the price. So far , well for the past 12 months you have been wrong, why should anyone believe your last statement, as it seems you are SS? Are you SS?
Earthport falling backwards-expect price crash I agree with ADVFN summary and received the same shareholder bulletin."Monitise is below 20p. Crashed 70% since it posted a bad set of numbers and downgraded growth expectations. EPO Shareholder bulletin included: "On 18 December a large shareholder sold a block of 5.7m EPO shares. That also looks like a poor omen for current trading: 1) Revenue: Actual 6m to 31-12-13 £3.3m (inc 2 months of BH so c£0.8m) Actual 6m to 30-6-14 £7.5m (inc 6 months of BH so c£2.4m) Expect 6m to 31-12-14 c£6m (inc c£2.4m BH) Expect EPO first downgrade from 12m to 30-6-15 market expectation of £20m; say to £16m. Expect EPO second downgrade from 12m to 30-6-15 market expectation; say to £13m. Expect actual revenue in 12m to 30-6-15 of £13m, versus market expectation £20m. 2) The like-for-like adjusted annual operating loss only went down from £6.5m to £6.4m in year to 30 June 2013 to 2014. Thus EPO did not get materially closer to breakeven in this supposed 'transformational year'. Expect the operating loss to worsen in year to 30-6-15 to £7.5m i.e. EPO is moving further from breakeven. Market expectation is an operating profit of £0.5m. 3) If revenue and loss expectations are in the right ballpark, the market will not like the heavy downgrades. EPO looks massively over-priced."
Re: Earthport progress Fair points Roger. I believe they are on the right track, attracting good news, good vibes and solid shareholder support and cash balances, which gives customers comfort joining epo. It's not odd to have a small amount of shareholders not agreeing to certain points, fair enough.
Re: Earthport progress Welcome to iii.I don't have a price target and if I did I don't know when I think it would be reached! Like you,I do think that they are on their way to making some serious money and I have been happy to take a long term investment. It has already been a good few years and I suspect it will be a good few more. Am looking forward to the day of attractive dividends.
Earthport progress I would be interest to know everyones price targets for June 2015 along with projected earnings for the whole group. Forget the brokers notes at this stage, lets just look at this in a sensible manner. Roger, Chip, CM feel free to set your predictions.Overall, earthport has come very far, a good shareholder base, plenty of cash in the bank, the signing up of decent client names and the progress of a slick transitional system which does appear to be targeting a part of the market some others are not. They are on their way to making some serious money.
Re: Earthponzi crash equation Did they wait till Jan 2015 CM?
Re: Covert results downgrade He has sold, he sold long ago at 39/49p.
Re: Charles Stanley verdict on results Yes they do like this share.
Re: One slide too many? 56p won't be far away Roger.
Re: Board cover up rebellion CM - You suggestion earthport may have been a bad investment could be true, but then again who is invested. You and many know though it was a good trading stock, bouncing between 40-45p several times allowing those who wish to trade, making 50% if not more on compound profit. Do not spin porkies please. Two years ago these were 18p, only to rise to 39p. Last year these were 39p, only to rise and stablise between 40-45p. That's a great investment when you consider the market around us at the moment.Recently you were suggesting a great bear market, which does not seem to have materialized. Seems you were not right on that one.Do you hold any more earthport shares?
Re: Audit problems? CM - What evidence do you have of no confidence? Sometimes some people do not agree, but the most important factor here is the majority do, so that's fine for now.
Re: Board cover up rebellion Roger Baron - I believe Captain Multibag is also SilkStag on ADVFN. This individual sold a load of shares at 39p/49p, happy to make a decent profit from investing since 11p, only to then constantly slate the company.
Re: One slide too many? Sorry, typo. meant 46p.
Re: One slide too many? One or more institutions providing support at 56p now! 3 big trades today total over 2.5 million shares.
Re: Board cover up rebellion A look at the 12 month chart relative to the FTSE would tell a different story!
