Re: Buying opportunity How's the excitement?
Re: Buying opportunity So excited for opening sp Monday. Only less than 11 hours to wait.
Buying opportunity Changed my mind mid morning. Dangerous as it may seem believe ENTU has been oversold. Bought at my peril at 2.40p. Here's hoping for 10p+ on Monday.
DEAD CAT BOUNCE! Seen it and have the tee shirt. Next step suspension?
Re: So, a bit of a straw poll Well I sold mine after the results for a small loss. The balance sheet is shot.
So, a bit of a straw poll looking at the performance since float and the prospects going forward what do we think? Buy sell Hold or walk past ?
Results From the RNS of 7/2/17.Full Year Results The Group expects to announce its full year results in early March 2017 at which point it will provide further detail on the outturn for 2016 and the Group's plans for the current and future financial periods.Where are they?
Re: dithering Last I saw Christine Kennedy held 30%, Ian Blackhurst CEO, 15% and Darren Cornwall 5%. 7.5m shares or so went through a week back so surprised no RNS. Could be Miton, Axa, Kestrel or Premier dumping?
Re: dithering You may have heard of the statement...Buy the rumour and sell news...This looks a prime example of being sold on the rumour (the price had crashed well before this statement) but perhaps buy on the news. The news wasn't great but I think the sell off to 20p was a massive over reaction after the horse had bolted.I bought at 21.50 so a lit bit underwater for a small punt. I can see this picking up as shorts are closed.
dithering Tom Winnithrith has gone from "buy" to "sell" on this after the trading update for "macro-economic" reasons whilst noting the potential "recovery play".I am not so sure. Even with a global banking collapse on the cards owning asset backed companies is probably not a bad option for the medium term. Okay so not much on the balance sheet here but at least a plausible business. If FY16 turns out below £4m this is still PE of about 5 and there is a chunky dividend to grab attention. Of FY17, the trading update says "despite the expected improvement in profitability in FY17, the EBITDA outturn for the year ending 31 October 2017 is expected to be materially below current market expectations."Well "market expectations" for FY17 are £8.2m so a cut on that would hardly be a disaster at the current 20p a share. Taking their word that there is an "expected improvement in profitability in FY17" which seems credible, I just topped up my holding. My hesitation is the tiny director shareholding where Forbes holds just a trifling 50,000 shares. On the other hand a Brian Kennedy (Mrs Christine Kennedy) still owns nearly 20% of the company after the float so presumably he has not given up on it yet. Any thoughts anyone?
Bought in HiI bought a few of these as a punt on recovery. This year is not going to be great but next year should be better, if they return to anything like the profit they were making 2 years ago then these will look dirt cheap IMO.
Curtly Ambrose Is this the top of the bounce?
entu / Safestyle compare Excellent entu / Safestyle comparison here [link] need an account to view. Interesting that ENTU is looking far better Value however from what I understand this is all off 1 analyst's estimate vs 4.I only just discovered these guys cover AIM.
Re: Joining the party hi all, i liked the stats on enyu. great stats! Then looked at what they do.... they appear to be a "wonga" of house improvment. They will replace my boiler for £3250 ( im gas engineer 25 yrs on job)......erm no thanks.. there only customers will be poor/desperate/ilinformed = will sign on the line then stop paying 6 months later. stats great . business model awfulgood luck to us alltom
Joining the party Buyers as high as 68.9p today. Up over 15% since my post a few days ago.The management of this company is still on probation after the disasters of last year. However, the valuation still remains compelling even if one factors in some margin erosion this year.Cash generation should drop through to the bottom line and the prospective yield is still over 8%. Hard to see why further sellers should emerge here.I doubled my stake last week and am looking to buy more.
