Re: ENRT musker ron - well done for getting out.I suspect that many others are now losing faith in their rose-tinited specs.
Being shorted Wonder why they are driving it down so far.Good opportunity to top up cheaply.
Re: ENRT More of a dip? The shares are practically free at the moment. No need to wait!Let hope the recent announcement is a trigger for more positive action and news flow.
Re: ENRT Might be a good time to dip your toe.Company changing news is about to come out with a new company buy.Couple that with a former Director leaving to negotiate a new license for a large American company and any day now this could easily double treble as all the bad news is in the price at present.A Buy for me . I am just waiting for a little bit more of a dip to add dramatically...
ENRT I opened a position in this company way back in 2011 and added to it over the years. I was still a very small shareholder with only a comparatively small amount of money invested. I believed in the idea of the product and believed it had great potential. I even attended a couple of AGM.s.Over time though, I became disenchanted, not so much with the product but with the BoD and the management. I realised that one invests in the management, not in the product particularly with a start up company like this. I concluded that the management was just not up to the job even with LC at the operational helm so I got out over a year ago at O.6p taking a small monetary loss but a big percentage one. My decision then has been vindicated but I still pop back occasionally out of curiosity.I'm not posting to brag that I made the right decision then and I know there are one two shareholder posters who have significant amounts invested here. I would love things to come right for those still in even though I am no longer invested here but I doubt they ever will.
Mike Walters views on ERT directors Please see my post from August about what Mike Walters said about the directors and their value to ERT -[link] article of his is no longer free to the public so I was wondering if anyone recalls what he had to say about Lee Clayton.
Questions - CONFLICTED ! Note the ???? in my earlier posting. We have been told that the board saw a conflict of interest but that is all we know - there are no details so I feel very much in the dark - hence my ????.Lee Clayton was finding licensees for PIM and negotiating the deals. He was essentially a salesman, as I see it.Why does he need to go off on his own? Even if a "significant" licence comes about, how can this new situation, of LC being in a separate company, be of any benefit to ERT?He was the top bod at ERT and supposed to be acting in the interests of the shareholders - so why couldn't he negotiate this "significant" licence from his old job?I find this is all very odd, and knowing what this company is like, I think we will not be told very much. Remember the silence over the Chinese deal.I now wish I had taken more notice of Tom Winnifrith.Where are the cheerleaders - why are they silent? However - are they worth reading, when have they ever been right? Never!
The word CONFLICTED is in there ?????--- "formed the view that Mr Clayton is conflicted " ---To me, the word "conflicted" is more important than the word "significant".
Again I think of ... Milhouse's goldfish.
Re: Announcement.Very Positive.. I thought Lee Clayton was supposed to be selling licences?I say no more.
Buyng selling Scrub my earlier comment about selling.I've just looked further back in the day and there seems to be a good bit of buying too.
Tom Winnifrith I can't wait to hear what Tom Winnifrith has to say.
Re: Announcement.Very Positive.. I'm worried. When did anything ever turn out to be good news for the ERT shareholder?Who will end up making the most money - ERT or Lee Clayton's new company? I wonder if Mike Walters saw this comng?"negotiate a significant new licence" - sounds good, but then every annual and half year report and AGM statement has had tempting words but the share price still went from 160p to 0.15p. I doubt if this new licence will lift the sp to 0.2p, no mater how "significant" it is."the acquisition of a business operating in a complementary sector" - why do we need this - I thought PIM was suppised to be something that the world was crying out for and was going to make us our fortunes?I don't know how anyone can see this RNS as good news. Most of the trades today seem to be selling.
Re: Announcement.Very Positive.. A new business as a bolt on. Very Positive!!!Former director negotiating a new license with Environ and its a "significant" one to boot. Very Positive again..A very low share valuation considering the technology involved and the license fees will only grow from here.. Buy at this low level as news will enhance the price dramatically..RNS from today.. Also Environmental Recycling Technologies said it is in talks that, if completed successfully, would result in the acquisition of a business operating in a complementary sector. It also said MD Lee Clayton has resigned as a director with immediate effect to enable him to negotiate a significant new licence on behalf of a potential US licencee."As it is expected this will require the establishment of a new company involving Mr Clayton, the board of ENRT has formed the view that Mr Clayton is conflicted and therefore has accepted his resignation."
Announcement. We will have to wait until completion of the intentions of the company are finalised before the effects are apparent. I am slightly uneasy about the mention of a new company being formed. Will Lee Clayton strike out on his own?I know that he doesn't own the intellectual property of ENRT so could not use that formula but maybe something similar. If a new company is formed, what happens to the old one?Or,would it be a wholly owned subsidiary of ENRT?Just thinking aloud but I would be interested in the views of other shareholders. Nice to see an increase in the share price, let's hope it is sustained. GLA.
