Re: FLX sp up by over 15% now Agree with you about FLX and bought a few myself. Early days, but they were going nowhere with their strategy and so changed direction into cyber security. Any struggler on AIM with the ability to reinvent itself without too much dilution/balance sheet damage is worth a look. AFPO is the prime example of this, but frankly I fear ERT is beyond this stage - if we're to buy a profitable business to bolt on, the additional debt/dilution could finish us off. This may be why we've heard no more about it - Oxford Capital must surely want a credible plan to see a return on their investment or they may look to dilute us out of sight. Why am I still here? Not much left to lose, the chance of a miracle, a brief bounce in the sp providing a better exit point... but no longer any great expectations.

A better insight Into the mentality of the self admitted fool could not be illustrated better than his 08. 16 post.Without bothering to check elsewhere, he rejoiced in the incorrect share price shown here. It only confirms my impression that he must have escaped from somewhere. More to be pitied than blamed, poor thing.

nipper22 24 Sep 2015

Don't panic, don't panic. Both ADVEN and LSE are showing "no change " in the share price. Nervous days, admittedly, but iii are not helping if posting incorrect prices.GLA.

FLX sp up by over 15% now It was clear to me that we would hear godd news soon from FLX.Keep waiting a "little longer" for ENRT.

Thomas Tallis 24 Sep 2015

FLX sp jumps today See my post of last night.[link] waiting a "little longer" for ENRT.

Thomas Tallis 24 Sep 2015

SP - 0.265p Well, I've waited a "little longer" only to see the sp drop to a new all-time low.I wish you had told me that this was what we were waiting for.

Thomas Tallis 23 Sep 2015

FLX Is it a good time to get back into Falanx, FLX? 9p to buy.If the things they talked about in their last report come off, then the sp will do well, however - bottom fishing can be costly.I think I'll chance a few quid on it - I see it as offering better prospects than ENRT.This is merely chit chat and waffle and is not advice, nor is it any recommendation to buy or not buy or sell or not sell anything.

Acquisition It was clear to me that there was nothing to indicate that we would hear something in two to three weeks. What is not clear to me is why the AGM has not been held by now. What should be clear to all of us is what happened over the Chinese deal that was in advanced discussions - should be clear to us, but isn't!I doubt if even the cheerleaders are happy with the current situation, but I suspect they are too embarassed to make any posts since all of the rose-tinted comments have been proven fruitless. and wrong.

The masses fell for it If you ever wanted an example of why you ought to read sites such as Zero Hedge and other alternative news sites as well as the MSM, then just compare these two reports (one from the MSM, one from Zero Hedge) on the Fed 's decision to not raise rates. Decide for yourself if any of it is bluff intended to hide the truth."Fed is riding the tail of a dangerous global tigerJanet Yellen had to hold fire this week, but risks an even nastier crunch later if inflation forces the Fed has to slam on the brakes suddenlyAmbrose Evans-Pritchard"[link] Schiff Explains The "External Threat" Justifying The Fed's Tyrannical Policies"[link]

ERT topics - why no discussion on here? On 13/7/2015 Mike Walters wrote his " Curtain Down on the Horror Show - (ENRT)" article, which, some time later, he kindly made freely available to all.In that piece, he said, "In two or three weeks we should learn the details of the proposed merger." We still do not know.I'm wondering if Mr. Walters is as baffled as me regarding the lack of information. I also wonder what led him to make that supposition. I saw no mention of timescales in the Prelims - what did I miss?He also told us, "Some look set to step into yet more active roles before long, especially John Viviani, a non-executive who is having a great impact". Is Mr. Walters wondering what went wrong there to so suddenly scupper his high hopes for big things from Mr. Viviani? I'm sure we were all disappointed that, in the statement from the company, no reason was given for his departure. As for that possible acquisition - could the reason why we have not heard anything be that it has gone the way of the projects in Kenya, Tanzania and Hungary and the Chinese deal that was in advanced discussions? (bear in mind that we do not know what has happened to the Chinese deal. Since it was not mentioned in the Prelims, I presume that it must have been considered irrelevant.) All just hunches, guesswork and wonderment from me, nothing more than chit chat and waffle as we wait for news.Australia, Kenya, Tanzania and Hungary, 2K, Mediwall, seats for the 2012 games, the Chinese deal - my goodness, such potential. I thought I was going to be rich by now.At least we have Brownwater, NBF, Contour, Earth Waste-Not - will the AGM bring forth news of a massive jump in royalty payments arriving, or is that something that doesn't get mentioned at an AGM as it is for the Annual or Half-Yearly Results?

Thomas Tallis 18 Sep 2015

The Chinese deal - irrelevant? We do not know what has happened to the Chinese deal. Since it was not mentioned in the Prelims, I presume that it must have been considered irrelevant.

Re: The silence on here is deafening I think the half yearly report needs to be out by end of September. 2 weeks to wait

Thomas Tallis 17 Sep 2015

The silence on here is deafening The cheerleaders must be too busy to post comments.

Thomas Tallis 17 Sep 2015

AGM oddities Looking back at AGM dates - the latest date I can see was 17 Sept, that was in 2008.The Interim Results were released on the same day as the AGM -"The Company continues to sign additional licenses– Expected revenues of at least £1.0m from license fees" - so in 2008 they were expecting £1.0 million in license fees?" we have committed significant costs and resources to the projects in Kenya, Tanzania and Hungary, which were predicted to be one of the primary revenue streams for 2008 and beyond"What ever happend to the projects in Kenya, Tanzania and Hungary?Australia, Kenya, Tanzania and Hungary, 2K, Mediwall, seats for the 2012 games - my goodness, such potential.Dief told us to wait "a little longer" - wait for what? The Chinese deals seems to have gone the way of the ones listed above. (bear in mind that, as the code is silence, we do not know what has happened to it).So, this year the AGM will be later than it has ever been. Could it be that they are waiting for the Brownwater, Contour and NBF royalty payments to come in so that they have good news to offer at the AGM - and also news of the acquisition and the "transformational development" - or am I dreaming? So I will wait a little longer for the AGM, and then wait to read the cheerleaders telling us of how confident they are after speaking to the board at the AGM.

Thomas Tallis 14 Sep 2015

AGM Which will take place first - the Chilcot enquiry or the ERT AGM?Will we live to see the ERT AGM? CERN is trying to create a black hole on Earth. Even Stephen Hawking has warned that what they are doing is dangerous. Here is a report on it but there is somethng suspicious here- it says "next Wednesday" but I don't see a date on the article and the Mail usually has the date on all of its articles.[link] will find lots of "End of the world" type stories on the internet - but see the official CERN web site for serious news on what they are doing, they really are trying to create a black hole on Earth and they HOPE it will just fizzle out.[link]
