Re: ***RNS***RNS***RNS*** The update is OK, still missing the mark somewhat on debt management information and this is serious in my opinion, though I have some underlying feeling that Minty has maybe got the debt wrapped up somehow within the consortium deals. Sort of like a shared contribution from consortium members in relation to whatever minty sold them on regarding past works done to this point, that would not surprise me at all, but investors should be told about where the Co stands today on this.He may have accumulated all the players in the consortium for the ingredients needed, but it is still very much a long road to travel, a very long road..... not so much about the consortium building something but to get final approval/commissioning etc could be extensive, especially for stand alone, remote operating structures etc.... they have to be bullet proof on all fronts & this is in my opinon still not viable in any way at current oil price levels, it is going to need 70's + for people to really weight it up for actual use.So seems not to be a pending disaster otherwise I think gluing the consortium together would have faltered by now... personally think the market wants action for REAL value to be added,,, consortiums, words, intention, potential,,,, etc etc,,, they have no intrinsic value, same as the MOU they had with WG, until it shows clear direction through action this will hold investor value back... as with this morning, not really much interest again,,,, Anyway, I would be happy if he does turn a corner with this at some point for you guys,,, just hope investors are still alive to enjoy any rewards....P2G

Re: ***RNS***RNS***RNS*** Arup described as the final member. So the consortium isnow complete.Minty produced a decent update on what he istrying to achieve. And didnt mention any of the existing assets. I am not sure what basis fyne was such a sucess on though.abtog is doing everything, withe the partners putting in their own efforts at their own expense. With that being a private enterprise there becomes no visible oversight for enegi shareholders.I would have expected some mention of eneg outstanding loan.

***RNS***RNS***RNS*** ARUP.!!, that's a decent partner.!Things might be looking up.?,!!...the wait goes on though.

Re: More ABTOG mystery Some sort of option or other obligation possibly. Indirect rather than direct is all I can think of. But that would be unusual. Hard to reconcile I agree, but not impossible.

More ABTOG mystery Sorry if I am upsetting Rich Cardiff and W2R with this post, but ABTOG's Annual Return has been published this week by Companies House and it says something different than the last two years of Enegi RNS statements. Every one of those statements says ABTOG is a JV company with AB Technology, which has rights to buoyant solutions for marginal oilfields..However, ABTOG is actually owned equally between Enegi Oil plc and RMRI Limited (Minty's private consultancy). AB Technology has nothing to do with it. How can that be?

Re: Get out while you still can Danpoe,As I have said before,,, IT IS NOT WHAT YOU BUY EM FOR !!!! IT WHAT PRICE YOU CAN SELL EM FOR !!!MM's can play around as much as they want with a pish little buy etc,,, but try selling off say 100k shares right now and the offer will be pish, which is the reality of the investment value.P2G

Re: Get out while you still can Mmm..and the mm,s have the cheek to move the spread up on nothing. lol.

Push2Gush 27 Jul 2015

Re: Get out while you still can I doubt they will update, though they should as it is now a "significant" debt when you look to the actual Co value etc etc,,, so it is now a price or Co value significantly noted affecting debt.In my opinion they will be digging hard to find a snippet of anything, like yet another consortium member, they will then waffle on, and waffle on in the rns with the debt note burried somewhere near the end.. hoping people reading it will get bored and not read to the end.,......THE END !!!!!!!!!!!!!!Another pointless & regurgitated post from a non investor lol...

mawreese 27 Jul 2015

Get out while you still can Big sell off today, obviously those on the 'inside track' have got wind of what's happening next...Joking aside, do you suppose there is any chance of us ever being updated on what has happened with our Shard loan?

videodawn 22 Jul 2015

Re: Life support or What The way forward is for the directors to get Millwall FC Supporters into the marginal consortium. They will sing "no-one likes us but we don't care" , and they are experts in marginality.£30 off each of them and the Shard Capital loan will be repaid.

Life support or What Evening all (in George Osborne, rather than George Dixon, voice),See that the oxygen is still switched on for ENEGI and that "nil by mouth" in terms of blogging continues unabated!Quite right P2G....only the directors to blame. Now listen chaps, if you want to sleep easy in your beds; start investing in some dividend earning stocks and maybe, one risky share.I practice what I preach and have gone for NG, SSE, UU & VOD as my income earners and good ole BP as my risky prospect...based on possible future TO (that's "Take-Over" rather than "Taken Out" as viewed from an ENEGI investors pocket!!!Anyway must get back on the John Deere and mow-ze-lawn and cut- ze-grass!!!Best regards.MD (Merce De-Tractor)

Re: LT are you still invested here LT,,,, DETRACTORS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what a load of self defense, fingers in ears, hands over eyes pish,,,, some folk will NEVER look in the mirror to see why ignorance to reality did not pay off. the way you guys waffle on about detractor posters gives the impression that the stock is on it's arrissss because of such posters.... total nonsense,,, There is NO ONE other than the DIRECTORS to blame for the current state of affairs END OFF !!!!
