I assume resolution to cancel this m will turn up.obviously the first thing the directors will do is use most of the new entitlement to pay off their loan.mintys plan is simply to monetise the corporate ipr. I suspect it is currently correctly valued already.

More dilution to shareholders to pay off debt acquired by directors, and more of the same promised for the future.But Enegi is clearly a tainted brand from a disastrous history, so bury it is Minty's plan. I predict 0.2p next week, and the Shakespeare shares club have been making hay while the sun shines with insider tips IMO. Newfoundland, Jordan, Clare Basin, Fyne, Celtic Sea, all ditched to focus on this flimsy Marginal Field Development idea. End of the road for these Manchester lads.

LoL _ Blood transfusion, Life support RNS Well good luck reading that lot in the RNS,,, man O man they had to spend some time thinking that one through,, Amazing how the price was nudging days ago,,,, Shakespearian whispers I assume,, though personally think it was dragged up to let some out before this hit the headlines... view is not changed either,,, it is a royal mess and at best if anything ever comes from Marginal, the returns to Pi's will be probably less than the %age you would get today from stickin yer money in the bank where you can only get to it at retirement...

Re: Do Yourselves A Favour The bottom is not what the Co "thinks" it's worth, but what investors are willing to associate value to. right now they got zilch funds & messy debt with no known means to cover that. The NF asset is only worth what someone will pay for it & so far nowt forthcoming... the reservoir numbers are all well and good, but that has to be proven recoverable and so far they produced little to nowt worth noting, N.S and other zero value assets are still worth zero... so for me I would say the price could easily move either way but today's value is almost zilch making it still overpriced until they can do something proactive, physical & that leads to revenue generation.P2G

I then sold the remainder at what must surely be the bottom at...oh..blimey..0.9..now its 0.09.As is often said, better to cut your losses and move on than see the lot disappear.Still entirely up to people what they want to do.
