Re: Just bought a wee bit more Siily me. KMack you may just have bought at the right time... if i remember correctly wasn't there bit of price manipulation the last time a trench of shares were issued, i think for a brief time the price soared above 1.3p, of course i am not suggesting that this could happen again.... particularly when they are so short of cash!!!!
Re: Just bought a wee bit more No he hasn't. He's used yours. And mine and everybody else's except his own.
Re: Just bought a wee bit more Hi If I am wrong and I am sure plenty here will put me right if I am. I believe Mr Minty has used his own money in the past to help things along.
Re: Just bought a wee bit more In exactly 4 weeks from today the company will have to repay Shard Capital the outstanding loan of £1.54 million in cash or shares. This amount exceeds the net asset value of the company and I cannot see any way of repaying it in cash. If shares are issued that will roughly dilute existing shareholders by 50%.So it's a choice of going bust or losing half of your investment by the look of things. What else can minty possibly do to pay it off? Does anyone think Shard will roll the loan over again for another punishing fee?
Re: Just bought a wee bit more Hello wreckageYep I have thought of both the downside and the upside of things. I carried out a risk assessment on ENEG the same as I would do in my line of work. I took into consideration all the pros and cons. I swallowed hard and I admit it is a long shot but I do believe that Minty will pull something out of the hat. I am not in this for the short term and I am lucky to be in a position where I can wait this out for a couple of years if need be.I am in the same frame of mind as LT who is also a longer-term holder.I am sure that when the oil price rebounds things will look different.kmack46
