Re: RNS..holdings Afternoon TP,I started looking at Armco this morning, (interrupted by workmen) and find it a bit puzzling why a road barrier company is taking such an interest in EMH unless it is purely as an investment. [link] is an Australian Company and the investment is through CHESS Depository Interests CDis.Perhaps Richard Keller who is a Director of Armco has a pint in the same Australian pub as DL.YB

RNS..holdings Armco 10.417m shares.They now hold over 10% of the company.Interesting ! (I wasn't aware that Armco barriers contained Li ??)TP

RNS re SP Today's European Metals Holdings RNS:-European Metals Holdings Limited ("European Metals" or "the Company"
(ASX and AIM: EMH) notes the recent significant increase in the Company's share price on the ASX and AIM and confirms that it is not aware of any reason for the movement other than recent general market interest in the lithium sector and in ASX-listed lithium companies in particular.Far be it for me to speculate;the new Daimler Gigafactory at Kamenz in Germany will be just 56.4 miles up the road from the Cinovec Mine owned by European Metals. Perhaps, just perhaps, other PI's are coming to the same conclusion which accounts for the rise in the SP.Pure speculation of course.YB
