Re: Production? Hi Derek,, we need to hear more from the company itself about production. They also have had the results of the drilling for at least 3 months but seem unable to communicate this to the market and the shareholders- which is pretty dull which ever way you dress it up

Re: Production? They are producing copper in concentrate now; ramp up is well advanced and the plant is running 24/7. Concentrate is now stockpiling onsite and commercial distribution and sale will commence very soon. Trial smelting and refining has already been completed. The market will hear when production is normalized at 5 mtpa throughput. Target January but they will achieve that several months earlier.

Production? The stock is 3p was 17p on hype and no permits so what ? All you need to do is ask yourself will the mine produce copper ever ?, if the answer in your head is yes buy more The amount of over thinking things on these boards is unreal , it's simple they will or won't produce copper They now have everything in place over the last 7 years of hard work They will produce copper , easy hey Common Sense rings true .

Re: negativity P The reasons why it's 3p are there for all to see also another reason being AIM stocks are manipulated and the system is corrupt make no mistake

Re: negativity P I think we have seen what happens Ace, license & production wasnt it 20p/50p from the ACE 3.5/4.00p thats what happened....Now the Ace wants extra time, consolidation might help you a bit ACE x 30 bingo....Trust the ACE... ********** ********** ********** ********** ********** ********** ********** ********** ********** *********ACE...Why didnt you just say the wheel fell off your predictions & leave it at that... Will it get there in the near/medium future we will have to still wait & see, its not a dead cert even with the project at an advanced stage of return to production...The commodities trading brokers are in a spin with Clencore situation, US downturn being hidden from us but still its happening, CAT held its breath but now 10,000 staff to go, that reflects in part a global situation & perhaps a failure to compete...Copper will always be sensitive to Global trading position... Regards P

The company Emed Tartessus, a subsidiary of Emed Mining, leading the project to reopen the Rio Tinto mine, which closed its facilities in 2001 and led last April the first bombing since that date, plans to become year earlier official producer of copper. As reported Europa Press from the company, at the moment we are working on the advancement of this production, a circumstance that has been going on throughout the summer. Therefore, since the company estimated that if there are no setbacks, "next January will begin commercial production of copper," after the first blast last April was carried out with a programmed detonation and sequenced 6,500 kilos Explosive flying 28,000 tons of waste ore. Thus the removal of this material allowed access via a new ramp to the corresponding operating areas. Mining With the decimation of so many of the small mining companies (M Caps / SPs) surely now having run its course as a consequence of the commodity price / demand downward spiral, I am not sure if the pain now really being felt by the majors (Anglo, Glencore etc) will finally bring this part of the cycle to a conclusion. The Anglos of this world have already trimmed costs but as their Balance sheets are now being routinely downgraded (as their assets themselves are downvalued), they appear ready to undertake the sorts of production cutbacks / disposals / asset mothballing of a scale that must ultimately curtail global supply across a range of metals. The majors have massive borrowings to service so it seems equally massive steps required to be taken to keep their ships close to trim.As China and world demand continues to weaken, we could just benefit from others about to choke off supply. And once done of course it cannot be switched back on again that easily. It seems the commodity cycle still has some savagery to wreak in this phase.B
