Re: Thank you Mr Kelly This fund-raising is precisely what Range Resources did before they found their "oil column" in Somalia was water... they are taking in cash for further work at quite a good SP, hedging against any problems yet to be found.
Re: A top up True. To be expected - it's been a long run in one direction. Now the wait to see where it settles.
Re: A top up Yes, although the SP was bound to go down while profit takers sell, great time to get back in before the next push upwards. I am holding for now..
A top up opportunity before next update. Understand TK to do interview today - anyone know what time?
Re: A top up It's with Malacy I think so will be on his blog pretty quick would have thought. Everything wud be on eme website from yesterday's update
Thank you Mr Kelly I'm out for moment been a great rise from 6.7p! Will wait and see what test results yield may get back in if opportunity presents itself. Strange that SGC done fundraising part way thro drill when expect sp to rise significantly.Puzzled why didn't do after unless funds to finish drill where tight due to change of drill etc.Been a great couple of weeks! Thank you Mr KellySeagull
Re: Nice rise Wabbit1958I've just been looking over on the SGC board of the Oz trading forum hotcopper. A post regarding EME has been put up from Steven Larratt from sharespot.co.uk (I confess not one I know/follow). However, well worth a read. Its a quite lengthy, well-reasoned and persuasive post (blog might be better description) evaluating the current plays, in which he concludes we could see a sp of £2.50 - before Chinese prospects are factored in.So, for even a fraction of this, the answer to your question will be 'yes' and you may not have too long a wait.
Further good volume + a really strong finish Silently holding since the 1st of 2 RNS's last week. One that has only just started its journey.Good volume and a very strong finish with it finishing on the day's highs.Plenty more news to come.Own due diligence
Re: Nice rise Well at this rate yes I can see it won't be long before 62p is reached, IMO
Nice rise Looking good, but will it ever get back to 62p for me to break even GLALTH
Presentation [link]
Re: Valuation calculation After a look at the presentation I see Id left out our share of the recent Mako-1 drill completed in June/July. At 0.5 Tcf, another one exceeding expectations. With excellent well performance, high quality gas (almost 100% methane), a flow rate of 10.9 million cubic feet per day, good reservoir quality extending over 340 square km. Further news on this still to come.
Re: Valuation calculation If the drill rate continues at the average to date we could see TD some time on Wednesday. If, however, as is more likely, it continues at the rate of the last 500m it could be up to a week later. Logging wont take long after that. EME is now coming to the notice of the market, together with the realisation that the next week could be the last opportunity to get in at bargain level. The regularity of updates suggests we may see, at least another update regarding gas shows for the undrilled zone before then. Any positive news and the rise could be higher next week than last. So, 30p by Friday is reasonable. In the longer term, the figures (beer mat calculations) speak for themselves:EMEs slice of Dempsey, assuming 1 Tcf recoverable, £450 £550million. (Dempsey trend on top).Jade, Topaz, Pearl (600mmbbls of oil) similar again. Alvares already proven more than double again. The current market cap is a paltry 80-odd £million! This is transformational stuff. One4alls confidence was well-placed. Hats off!
daily Mail sharewatch Empyrean Energy features in Mails Stock Watch article today. This will give the shares a further kick forward on Monday..
Re: Valuation calculation So what do you think this could do to the share price both short term i.e 1-3 months and then longer. Are we looking at sub £1.00 here ??
