Anybody know anything? Likewise, I would love to know what is going on, why is the SP creeping down ??? Everything looks good or is it just a case of lack of news ?

Anybody know anything? Honestly, all very very quiet on there for months, news is not very forthcoming but what little there has been has been good. so again, honestly, is there something i’ve missed or is this just a case of waiting?

Re: Fall seems overdone Very disappointing response to good news. Maybe the herd, disappointed, are moving on - or maybe some bad news brewing. A great opportunity for a top up..... I know, I know, but someone has to say it!

Fall seems overdone I'm not the only one who thinks so, from Malcy's blog:Whilst on the subject of cratering,the EME share price was off as much as 30% first thing this morning as they announced a higher than expected production of gas of 1,200 mcf/d from the Dempsey well. After chatting to Tom Kelly last week this was very much as expected and I am at a bit of a loss as to why the market is taking the news so badly, I am sure someone will tell me before long. The JV are also intent on connecting four idle wells nearby which should be a cheap add to production and revenues.Also as expected the JV is seeking approval to re-enter the Alvares well, either to log through the casing or to drill a side track which given its potential could be very exciting. This bringing on of Dempsey gas is good news, it will add to cash flow ‘very shortly’ and maybe in due course much more into the bargain. Finally, the fall this morning as far as I am aware does not take into account imminent good news from Indonesia and further out potential significant value add from the position in China all of which should push the share price a lot higher, what do I know eh?

Re: 'very early cash flow... I think gas price is around $3 per thousand cubic feet at present. So, very rough calculation - half a million ($) per year for EME. Not huge, but a nice earner while they continue to develop Dempsey.

'very early cash flow... anticipated'. Nice.Despite the wait and the gloom after the spud-to-TD frenzy, this JV has turned out as we hoped. It's commercial, there's still more to come in the adjacent zones, and - as far as EME is concerned - is only one of several irons they currently hold. Hopefully, the market will recognize this and the sp will be a little more buoyant as things go forward.GLA
