Re: Why the drop? Sadly the oil price will drag this, seeing it sub 80p does one grab a slice of the action this time?! I've missed it before but I think we're in for many months of doom and gloom on oilys unfortunately.be lucky all.

Please note that these were not all shares the majority was via CFD's even more profitable if the SP takes off especially if Nigeria comes out of OPEC meeting on Thursday with a good result e.g. oil at $90 and only a small cut in quotas!!!GLA It appears that some people had a good insight into these positive performance figures before 24 Nov wonder if we PI's could get a look at their crystal ball too??

Re: Why the drop? totally agree Buffetts. I believe Eland is significantly undervalued given the potential of their assets. Below IPO price this is cheap and it should re-rate back to above 100p. Hopefully quickly...

My point entirely.....but I know we don't have to worry as the market is regulated and operated by gentlemen.....Anyway, enough of our bitingly sharp Monday wit, I would like to think our proper research will pay dividends with this one, just getting the ducks lined up slowly but surely and that production and sales stir this one into life properly and trigger a meaningful rerating for good. At these prices for any new investor there is a big upside

Re: Why the drop? Some might call it luck, others might call it insider trading, As for the pre-announcement drop, some might call that manipulation. All I know is that private investors are the last in line to be enlightened.I agree. I wish I had that "luck".

Re: Why the drop? Probably little or no oil being produced versus the company plan...tricky place Nigeria. On the upside the major investor just bought more shares..
