Re: Continuing the Fall Typo of course 0.35p, sadly the true price.
Re: Continuing the Fall Anyone see a trend line ?[link]
Re: Continuing the Fall 35p? LolTP
Re: Continuing the Fall As could only be expected it has reached 35p, thanks Rufus. I assume you are on a nice bonus for getting that job sorted. Think the shareholders need someone who knows what they are doing.
Re: Placing Yep done it already using a different alias. Hopefully we wont need to follow it through.
Re: Shareholder support Have a look at the bottom of the RNS from the 27th April.Rufus kindly left a number which links to their financial PR company.Worth a call......with a little thought you can work out the extension number .#Powerofthemob
Shareholder support A number of shareholders on the LSE.CO.UK EDL have posted that they are very disappointed at the latest share placing as we have been diluted yet again. There a number of issues re the latest share placing which need to be answered by the Board:Why such as large discount? Why were loyal retail share holders excluded from the share placing?Who did the broker place these share with? Why did the board not consider using Primarybid so that retail share holders could take part? If you are willing to vote with shareholders on LSE board then add your shareholding to the attached spread sheet. If the link does not work then you can access via LSE.co.ukIf you think your vote cannot make a change then think again as SOLO Oil's Directors had to reduce the amount of shares they were going to place and this was due to shareholders combining together to make their thoughts known to the Board. [link]
Continuing the Fall Continuing to fall towards the 35p mark of the placing. They obviously knew that all current shareholders would suffer this financial loss, so much for putting the shareholders first, looks like they are happy to do the reverse. We need to vote this down and look for how they are making sales of coal the priority.
Dispplication of premption rights When it comes time to vote at the AGM shareholders need to remember that you have a vote re Disapplying Pre-emption rights."In practice, the most common form of pre-emption right is the right of existing shareholders to acquire new shares issued by a company in a rights issue, a usually but not always public offering. In this context, the pre-emptive right is also called subscription right or subscription privilege". If you vote in favour of disapplying pre-emtion rights then it will allow the Directors to keep on diluting us long suffering retail shareholders.
Re: Placing Jogonson are you and others on here interested in combining with people on LSE to try and requisition an EGM?As I said in my earlier post I hold 6,610,000 shares in Edenville.A lot of shareholders are apathetic but it is our Company after all and we need to show our disapproval at a share placing at such a large discount to the share price prior to the issue of the share placing RNS. ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- -----Yep. That is the only possible positive connotation that I can think of. If it is brown paper, we would be wise not to push Rufus as he cannot possibly explain it and could get into deep water however it is his job to find ways around these things. If good news follows very quickly then this could be acceptable (not from people whos stop losses just got triggered) but why at such a low price? The price, the timing just does not make any sense. Some talk of a group being formed over at LSE with a view to forcing an EGM. Dont think Rufus should resign but solid clear answers are required as well as a pay cut. Need someone to group real concerned shareholders together.
Re: Placing Directors are accountable to the shareholders and they have a fiduciary duty to act in the shareholders best interest.Rufus states below "I am pleased with the support that has been shown by Investors" what about the support of the long suffering retail investors who have been massively diluted via many share placings carried out at substantial discounts to the prevailing share price.Rufus could have at least given retail investors the chance of taking part in the share placing by doing it via Primarybid. "I am pleased with the support that has been shown by investors in the Placing and I look forward to providing Edenville's shareholders with further updates as we look to increase production rates throughout 2018, in order to fulfil orders from existing and potential customers."I have 6,610,000 shares in Edenville if any others want to request an EGM to block the share placing and then do another share placing via Primarybid. If any of you think it is not possible for us to act to together then just look at Solo Oil (SOLO) where the CEO Neil Ritson had to reduce the quantity of share that were being placed due to pressure from retail shareholders.mt
Re: Placing Big disappointment here, with no explanation of cash intake on sales so far.
