The BoD of EDL are being watched and Tom Winnifrith has them on his radar and I for one feel pleased that this is happening. They will have to watch their step especially if the latest share placing is for anything else other than that disclosed in the recent RNS (like paying remuneration for instance. I hope that with TW hammering them it will keep the BoD true as it should be anyway
