Paul Johnson It seems there has been a good little bit of business undertaken between Metal Tiger and ECR. Paul Johnson is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Metal Tiger. Both Companies feature on the MiningMaven investor communications service. [link] the past, Paul Johnson was a Director of ECR appointed on the 8th May 2012 resigning on the 1st June 2015. Whilst Metal Tiger are free to sell assets they own and make profits from them as they see fit questions need to be asked as to why they were able to extract such a premium price for the shares they took as part of the ECR fund raising back in November 2015, after such a short period of time. If a buyer can be found for the shares at such a premium after relatively little ECR news, why were ECR not able to extract more favourable terms for the placing? The 80% profit on the investment made by Metal Tiger in around 3 months seems excessive?There is also the question of the attaching warrants that Metal Tiger have retained which are in effect dilution waiting to happen if ECR share price passes the threshold of 0.04p.Serious questions need to be asked about the robustness of the recent fund raising process in light of these facts and just how desperate ECR are for funds to keep going. Is ECR just a vehicle to fund the ongoing salaries of employees and is there any realistic profitable end game for investors? An urgent update and RNS are required in light of these revelations. Re: Understated RNS I am not sure whether Mr. Market cares anymore... this company has spent so much money digging holes in the ground without much to show for it that the bills and wages of the BOD are going to swallow any profit up...But I would like to be proven wrong!!
