Bounce Back Nice little bounce back today, long may it continue...

Re: Rns Whilst this is not great news, from a shareholder perspective is some of this not offset by reduced contingent payments on the PSS purchase? In turn acting as a further incentive to get on with growing the business.

Re: Rns I found myself readily agreeing with your comments theprior. What I did find somewhat surprising however was the lack of any recovery whatsoever in the SP during the day despite persistent buying by what looked to be mainly PI's.Perhaps it will show some recovery on Monday and certainly a few more buyers like the one for 100k @ 40p after hours today will certainly accelerate things. Quite why they had to pay a 5p ps premium for a trade whose quantum was only moderately larger than we previously seen over the course of today, is beyond me.B

Re: Rns I must admit my interest in the company was triggered by the share price fall today and some comments by Paul Scott on Stockopedia (although he did not recommend buying). I can't help but agree that the fall looks overdone as the reasons for the share price fall do not raise any fundamental concerns about the business or its management. There seems to be plenty of growth in the company and the profit margins are good. On the negative side, it could be hit by the loss of a few key contracts. Holdings by the founder and senior execs are a bit on the small side but they do have some skin in the business. It would not surprise me to see a bounce on Monday.

Rns What a ridiculous overreaction to today's news. A deal which will change the face of the company's US operations over the next few years but will reduce this year's bottom line.Absolutely crazy.I've topped up.....bargain !Luck all, TP

ECK, PSS. FIVE-YEAR CONTRACT SECURED BY PSSTue 24 Nov 2015 070RNS Number : 6882GEckoh PLC24 November 2015For Immediate Release24 November 2015 Eckoh plc("Eckoh" or the "Company" Five-year contract worth $2m secured by PSS with Global Communications Company Eckoh (AIM: ECK), the global provider of secure payment products and customer contact solutions, is pleased to announce that its recently acquired subsidiary Product Support Solutions Inc ("PSS" has been selected by a major global communications company (the "Client" to provide an Agent Desktop solution for its contact centre operations in the USA.The five-year agreement, worth a minimum of $2m over the term, is as a result of a number of months of activity from PSS and is the first contract to be announced since Eckoh's acquisition on 18 November 2015. It is also an early illustration of the opportunity for Eckoh to develop PSS's sales of higher margin products including Eckoh's secure payments. The Client is a leading provider of Internet, TV and Voice channels serving residential, business and government customers across the United States. It is included on the Fortune 500 list of America's largest corporations.PSS will be implementing and supporting a browser-based Agent Desktop solution, which requires no installation of software on the desktop, enabling corporations to deploy large projects and new features instantaneously. The service will provide full telephony and multi-media presentation functionality across a range of telephony and CTI platforms such as Genesys, Avaya, Cisco and Aspect. The flexibility of PSS's solution was a major attraction for the new Client, allowing it to customise each agent group in a true multi-tenant environment, applying different toolsets, layouts, styles and security. In addition, the solution is scalable, quick to deploy, simple to maintain and easy to modify. As a consequence the Client is expected to benefit from large operational cost savings when the implementation is fully completed in summer 2016.Nik Philpot, Chief Executive of Eckoh, commented:"I am delighted to announce the first contract to be won through our new business PSS, reinforcing the strategic rationale to acquire the Company. It is particularly pleasing to note that the contract is a significant one in value, length and client profile, and it perfectly illustrates the type of product sale that we increasingly expect to secure through our PSS channel. PSS has now sold this market-leading product into large organisations in the US, UK and Australia, giving us an excellent platform on which to grow sales significantly." Loadsadough

RNS New PSS contract New significant contract won by recently acquired PSS should help with the top (and bottom) line.TP

Results A reasonable set of results. I am disappointed with only 10% top line growth. We really need to start seeing a step change in income. On a separate note. Im all for giving share options, as a means to retain good people, but it needs to be better balanced as a proportion of retained net profit.
