IC buy Recommended in last week's IC but no significant movement. Is the IC losing its influence (if it ever had any)?Mm.
Proactive Investors interview [link]
Strange is it not Looks like someone sold 4,500,000 shares at 44p close of play.Must be pretty desperate for cash to sell so many at this price.
NEW ARTICLE: Stockwatch: An AIM tech share to tuck away "Is £116 million AIM-listed payments solutions group LSE:ECK:Eckoh poised to break out of a stubborn three-year trading range?Over 2013-14, Eckoh soared from 14p to over 47p as QE forced investors up the risk curve, the annual average historic ..."[link]
Re: Results Agreed, although a greater uplift in the dividend would have been welcome.Increasing level of business in the US will provide some protection from any forthcoming disasters on this sceptered isle.Mm.
Results The future is looking very rosy.
Re: RNS Good to hear they're on track. Nice rise. Heartening to see asensible market response to good news in this currentl period of irrational market moves involving lots of my other stocks !TP
RNS Eckoh comfortably in line with market expectations. Results should be good with plenty of time for a contract between now and 12th June.
Biggest ECK US Contract signed Looks like I timed buy getting back into ECK about right.Makes a change to my usual timings of late.
Back in I have just dipped my toes into this share as I like the look of the present construction of the company.I was in this share many years ago, almost from conception (the companies, not mine) but after seeing it struggle for several years, getting nowhere I sold out.On revisiting the company a few days ago, I consider that the structure is a completely different animal, and it looks well on the way of making it into the big time.
New major contract win Via Capita. Further proof of Eckoh's solid business.Looking forward to further recovery in the sp.TP
US contract wins More US revenue.
New Just bought in at 40p. Like the fact that the profit warning is due to one - off factor , the purchase of shares by directors , and the large growth prospects in the USA. Medium to long term hold . Wish I'd had the sense to buy at the recent lows .
Re: Bounce Back And it wasn't all bad news either, but certainly any news of under-delivering is savaged in today's markets. It wasn't too long ago, 10% movements in SP were considered significant but today that's commonplace and many reversals in SP's just smacks of some sort of manipulation (much as I've always railed against such suggestions).Eckoh are actually working toward longer term cash flow stability / certainty but in this Market only the short term view is taken by so many (or is it all down to algorithmic trading).Maybe it's just such occasions when PI's can actually win out (if they are not short term traders) by taking a longer view.B
Re: Bounce Back Ok, so we're back now to where we were a year ago in sp terms, so not all that bad.Give it a few more months and the bad news will be forgotten about and the sp will be back up where it should be !Luck all, TP
