Re: RNS re PSP Don, t feel lonely! I made comment on ADVFN that if they had any alteration to their statement that they would meet market expectations they are legally obliged to report that. They have not issued any RNS to the contrary. While I would have appreciated any re-assurance that has not been forthcoming
Re: RNS re PSP Getting lonely on here talking to myself (eckoh), would appreciate a few views from others regarding the current position of the company.
Re: RNS re PSP After being steady all last week, its now been down 2 days running.Anyone have any idea why.
Re: RNS re PSP Just topped up a tad with cash that has been sitting in my trading account for last few weeks. With the increase in fraud regarding credit/debit cards with card holder not present, although nothing is foolproof ECK secure technology looks one of the best bets on the market. My first foray into ECK was just before the steady rise from 38p on 01/03/2017 to todays price, just hoping that my timing is right twice in a row, something I am not that used to.
Re: RNS re PSP Received a reply from Eckoh at 1746hrs yesterday (same day as I sent the enquiry). It is as Plenty of Bull stated so wont post the details sent to me unless anyone wishes me to.I have replied thanking the sender as it is not always the case that companies we PI's invest in bother to reply.
Re: RNS re PSP Thanks for that PlentyofBull, lets all hope that the 152.5p is the winner although I expect with the way ECK are eating into the USA market, that target will be easily achieved.Looking to increase my holding but hanging on that little bit longer as the markets in general look decidedly jittery.
Re: RNS re PSP It is on pg7 of the agm notice. 25% vests if TSR is 10% compound for 5 years i.e. assuming start point is 50p, then share price is 80.5p in 2022. Up to 100% if 25% compound for 5 years or 152.5p share price in 2022.Those numbers are assuming no dividends paid, obviously if dividends are paid the expected share price changes by the value of dividends paid out.
Re: RNS re PSP Hi Theprior,As you say 'providing that they are sufficiently challenged'. I will contact the company and post any reply here.
Re: RNS re PSP Could possibly drop them an email, Pond. Whatever the answer, the awards are not particularly overly generous if you measure them against a 5.5 year period and at the current sp of c. 50p. Having said that, they are what they are...a performance incentive. And, providing they are sufficiently challenging, they will benefit all shareholders. (Starting with an improved dividend !)TP
Re: RNS re PSP Hi BulldogGrrr,Thanks for that, but I had already found and perused that document and even after reading it twice still could not find any mention of performance figures that are required to attain the PSP.If you can find any such performance figures would appreciate a paste/copy.Regards Pond
Re: RNS re PSP There is some details in appendix 1 of this doc[link] worth reading Resolution 12 on page 2
RNS re PSP Try as I might I can not find what the measure of performance figures are but the following figures appear very generous to say the least.Nik Philpot Chief Executive Officer 3,750,000.Chrissie Herbert Chief Financial Officer 2,250,000Each of the PSP awards is subject to a Total Shareholder Return performance condition, measured over a c. 5 year performance period (from the date of the 2017 AGM to 30 days after the publication of the 2022 full year results). Can anyone help me out with what these 2 have to achieve in order to meet the criteria.
Re: Half year report nothing new in the formal interims from the trading update on the 18th September. The key statement for me is the statement "near time sales pipeline". The US year end tends to be 30 December so I would hope more contracts over the next few weeks. Last year they won 9 in the US and so far they have won 7 in the half year so I am sure they are expecting to beat that! I anticipate RNS statements when they happen
Half year report Excellent results. But mostly excellent in US where traction has been gained and is further accelerating.Move into profit. First class cash turnaround.TP
Re: New US parents Hi Theprior,With my dyslexia its a wonder that I didn't put Hecko.
