We are now past 9 months of the current fy so fairly obvious we'll see 50% ish profit growth when y/e numbers are confirmed so really only trading on a forward multiple of 16x ish, cheap for such a growth story with high recurring revenues in the low risk UK utility sector.The BG contract implementation delays are more likely down to a cumbersome BG, not EAL and a case of when not if they happen. This has created a buying opportunity at this level especially as we can safely expect more contract wins soon.
Re: Trading Statement This was my main reason for not buying. Also of course the revenue increases are unlikely to transfer directly into profits due to the requirement for further investing. At a PE of 24 today before the open .....it seemed a pretty risky punt. I think the business is very sound but the valuation is up with the current news I think ....
