Done Deal? At the Court Meeting and the General Meeting held on 25 January 2017, the Scheme Shareholders voted in favour of the resolution to approve the Scheme at the Court Meeting; and the e2v Shareholders voted to pass the special resolution at the General Meeting to approve the implementation of the Scheme, including the adoption of the amended e2v articles of association.So, if all goes to plan, the Scheme of Arrangement should become effective on 21 March and the cash from the offer will then be credited to Crest accounts within the following 14 days.So, roll-on the end of March and the cash (at 275p per share) should be in my account!
