Appalling little company 26 Feb - Director sells 100k shares at 70p, but does not report it.10 May - Profit warning at 0833, rather than 0700, and just two weeks before results.24 May - Results show profit warning was underplaying actual situation.31 May - Director sale is reported, THREE MONTHS after the fact. Share price now 45p.What a surprise that the Chairman is a former Tory cabinet minster! Very poor management here, methinks.

Opportunity? The price here fell in February in the wake of a profit warning. The statement noted some delayed income and the expenses associated with expansion and rationalisation. The price has drifted down since and is near a two year low. However the figures here now look quite goodER = 6PEG = 13.4% possible yieldNo real debtThere have been recent director and institutional purchases.The company has developed into a much wider consultancy business than it once was, and is also expanding its geographic reach.Any opinions please?

QARP i like Drv -quality at a reasonable price .Expected eps 11.3p for 9/15 puts them on less than 10x even though sales & profits are growing .Im buying before others wake up to it .
