Re: Brockham - DOR RNS Todays RNS from Doriemus and the operator Angus. DOR quoted on the ISDX re Brockham near to the Horse Hill 'Gatwick Gusher'. .David Lenigas, Executive Chairman of Doriemus Plc, commented: "I'm very pleased that Angus have managed to get the required approvals from the UK Government to perform this new work at Brockham and that they have already started operations on this exciting project ahead of the end of the 2016 calendar year. Doriemus looks forward to reporting the results of this very important oil exploration well for Brockham and the wider Weald Basin in due course." [link]
RNS - Issue of Equity Yesterday's RNS raising cash David Lenigas, The Company's executive Chairman, commented; "The Company has a strong balance sheet and no debt post the closing of the fully subscribed and recently closed Open Offer, however the board is excited about a number of opportunities that we are looking at in the UK onshore space and we need to be properly cashed up to explore and potentially exploit these opportunities in order to be a meaningful player in the UK onshore oil production sector. OPEC's recent announcement to reduce OPEC oil supply by 1.2 million barrels a day globally is seen as very positive for future oil prices rises as this effectively takes out the over supply that has been overhanging the markets and we see this as creating a lot more investment opportunities in the UK for an oil investment company like Doriemus." Re: Notice of AGM I did take up the offer, but I'm only in for a grand at the minute. Need some more news for me to put some more in, got too many other plates spinning that have taken my cash this year, like AVO, SXX and SOLG. Good luckATBF
Re: Notice of AGM Afternoon fishy,Sounds as if you also took up the Open Offer as I did. With Horse Hill, Lidsey and particularly Brockham as DOR's investments, we should do well.Perhaps that's why, that after the successful Open Offer, DOR is holding their AGM to advise us where we go from here. Re listing back onto AIM could also have beneficial effects as currently, with it being on ISDX, it is below the radar for most private investors.Happy days ahead.YB
Re: Notice of AGM YB I'm here. I've taken up my shares plus went for a few more. Hopefully it looks like we should be rewarded. It's all a bit strange why they delisted from AIM and now intend to be fully listed. I assume back on AIM. Anyway, here's to a speedy delivery and get some shareholder value and possibly dividends.
Notice of AGM [link] seem to be sending points for Discussion to myself on this DOR blog.Today's News is just Notice of AGM on 24th November. A bit confusing is the Link mentioned in the Notice refers back to the Report and Financial Statements for year ending 31/12/2015 which were published 17th May 2016. 5 months ago! Which were also published in an RNS on the 18th May.YB
