Re: Purchase of own shares today... 13 days and counting.....For the moment given up commenting on the now almost daily RNS from DOM telling us that they have purchased their own shares.....- Back on March 1st The Company was holding 380,000 shares in treasury.- Then on March 3rd, on publication of the 2015 Results, we were told "The Group's business model continues to be highly cash generative and will allow us to resume share buy backs." - One day later on March 4th the Share Buy Backs began with 50K shares re-purchased. I was pleased to report that DOM had wasted no time and had resumed buy backs straight away.Rather surprisingly the share price has fallen since the repurchasing commenced and has only just turned around going over the £10 mark despite the daily repurchasing of tranches of shares.- Here we are approaching Easter and after some two weeks of purchases later DOM are now showing as having 1,330,000 are held in treasury - with no indication when the buy backs will be paused. Therefore there has been nearly 1,000,000 (1M) shares repurchased so far in March 2016.This means that over £10,000,000 of our cash has been spent on share re purchasing.- ' When will we stop ? ' is the question. (We should still have about £30M in cash left......)The daily volume of shares traded has settled around the average of around a quarter of a million. I am interested to see when DOM decide there are enough shares in treasury and if any cancellation will occur ?Below is the month of March chart of the share price during the daily Buy Backs.BTW, I seem to remember in the old days a when the DOM share value was high there was a share split, but that was with the previous start up management. Continue to hold on to my shares in this rewarding growth company - Keep taking the Pizzas !

Re: Full Year 2015 Earnings RNS Today... Excellent results as we all expected - although the market reaction was indifferent today.(Thought it was only AIM stocks that people 'sell on news' - good or bad). The UK continued growth is impressive and our divi increase plus our cash level along with the promise of resuming share buybacks again in the future were all very encouraging. The Germany situation was only sorted towards year end and finalised last month, so a small loss showed in the financials - hopefully for the last time. I expect great things from Germany in the coming years with DOM having some 33% of the bigger and mature acquisition business.iii and Numis and Motley Fool comment positively on the results, see :OMhttp://www.iii.co.uk/stockmarketwire/299649/broker-forecast-numis-issues-broker-note-dominos-pizza-group-plc?context=LSEOMhttp://www.iii.co.uk/articles/299620/3-consumer-stocks-set-soar%3A-wm-morrison-supermarkets-plc-whitbread-plc-and-domino%E2%80%99s-?context=LSEOMAs" target="blank" rel="nofollow">[link] ever I will keep holding and enjoying the long term rise of this somewhat volatile share.Good Luck to fellow holders......

Re: Full Year 2015 DOM Earnings RNS expe... Kestrel - Thanks for updating me. Seeing the rise in sp this week it looks like the results will be good (Plumbers Mate needed here ?).Now Germany has been sorted out with DOM owning one third of the acquisition business there is no reason for any of the European countries to hold us.Upset to see a food outlet shop in Croydon going under the name Dominic's Pizza being one of 15 Zero Star rated businesses for food hygiene standards. [link] to get this place - Dominic's shut down.......

Full Year 2015 DOM Earnings RNS expected Expected the Full Year 2015 Domino's Pizza Group PLC Earnings to be released last week. Why are they late this year ?Maybe they will appear later today to show a Leap in profits as it is 29/th February......As ever I propose holding on to these shares and taking advantage of buying in the dips.GL to all LTH.

Re: Why? Another interesting week for DOM. Did some research Monday, after last weeks dip, and could find no reason other than a large sale and market sentiment for the fall. Therefore took a punt expecting a recovery bounce, but did not expect to see a £1 gain quite so fast, although the good DPP results this week probably assisted us. Nice to see one blue line after the almost all red January with the Oilys, Miners and Banks which have hammered the portfolio into showing a paper loss. SJ.

Re: Why? Odd week ? Being showing signs of nervousness over the past few days and looks like someone bailed out of DOM today - maybe they needed the money to pay their tax bill.Could take a few days to get rid of the overhang before recovery towards £10 again - unless someone knows something us PIs learn about later. Historically leaks may occur. DYOR - but this could be a buying opportunity for this somewhat volatile share. .SJ - watching closely on Monday before having a punt........
