Re: Does not voting at all constitute a NO v... Yes Traci,There is only an acceptance form so if you wish to vote yes you have to fill it in and send it off or by doing nothing this constitutes a no vote.
Re: Does not voting at all constitute a NO v... That is correct Traci. It is an offer, so if you not accept the offer, i.e. do nothing, then you are in the NO camp.
Advice Please? Question I hope someone can answer honestly?I still hold paper share certificate (just never got round to transferring into my HSBC share account).I did not accept offer and do not intend to as quite happy to hold this company going forward. However, as I bought back in the 3p days I am also quite happy to sell, if that is the majority decision. As there is now an extension of time I am thinking to transfer the shares into my HSBC share account. My question is: Would HSBC have to ask me how I wish to vote in any offers?
Re: Results Thats a good point. Can you withdraw your acceptance?
Re: Results Hey, don't get me involved in this spat. So, if you accepted, are you now effectively still locked in and unable to trade until after 28th August?
irish times...enoc extend buyout [link]
Re: Results Overdraft man, ENOC have just delayed the inevitable, but self centred Fy "dil" do cannot comprehend being without his beloved Dragon, maybe it stems from his childhood where he had repetitive nightmares about a dragon morphing into his favourite teddy bear Holding my recently purchased 100k shares for hopefully a 10% profit by end August. I have been informed ENOC WILL BE BUYING AGGRESSIVELY on the market from time to time and this could make the price spike to 750 alone. Also they will more than likely pay 800p for the few remaining shares they need for regulatory acceptance.Meanwhile Fydo can stew in his juice a while longer 3rd (the illiterate one)
Re: Results Enoc have tried an opportunistic bid and have failed. Now the real bargoning starts.Elliot would have almost certainly voted no and will now be pushing ENOC to increase their offer.I don`t see that ENOC have any choice but to increase their offer as walking away is not an option at the current time. The question is how much can ENOC afford to increase their offer and will it be enough.
Re: Results RHGC Memb,Yes, that is correct.
Re: Results As expected they have extended the deadline by 28 days after this new deadline I believe a further 60 days to put up or shut up
Re: Results Hey come on, illiterate and dim-witted not called for. Not everyone has time or background to appreciate finer points of all this. I just read it again and its not that clear. So, total shares in favour are now 68.2%. What was the minimum needed? There will no doubt be others who think they have until end August to accept or risk being left with untradeable shares. Maybe thats part of ENOC tactics?
Re: Suck on this Fydodo I agree but 3D is both and some
Re: Suck on this Fydodo To be fair to 1D ,It is written in such a way, deliberately imo, to fool the gullible and dim witted.Dragon,
Re: Suck on this Fydodo Glo,It now gets interesting. This is the point where the NO vote gets sub divided into the NO vote, and the how much are you going to pay for our vote, vote.
Re: Suck on this Fydodo Maybe ENOC are now relying on the illiteracy of remaining shareholders to garner a No vote.
