Re: The Times ok, but.................I bought a load on Friday and am 20% up in a week - was 28% up on Monday.Not too shabby compared to the 'blue chip' shares performance of the rest of my portfolio.

The Times Forthright article in the Times, today“Yup, Rob Terry does have something to do with the soaraway shares in broker Daniel Stewart. Having taken a 9% stake the Quindell founder is doing his best to ramp up interest via his comeback vehicle, Quob Park Estate. His latest missive to his muppet fan club promises research on Danny Stewart to “cover the rationale associated with upgrading our 4.5p short-term target to over10p” – not bad given the shares are 3.75p, up a ridiculous 1,500% since he took his stake, as he boasts.It’s all part of his spiel to tap the totally brainless for at least £10,000 each via and “investment round” in Quob at £7.50 a share. Or that’s the price he says it’s worth, not that anyone can tell, given it’s an illiquid, private company. Try to remember what happened to Quindell. Don’t give any of your money to Mr Terry.”

That was clearly price sensitive information because when it was finally announced the shares fell by a substantial amount.So, join the dots ...
