Re: KnobPark Update OG, completely agree with you. Quite incredible Rob Terry hasn't crawled under a rock with his ill gotten millions from IG and QPP. The weird thing in all of this is that DS should hold absolutely no interest to Quob Park or for any small cap investor. It is poor broker which does not hold any specific niche other than working with the bucket shop end of the market.Were I being really cynical I'd suggest Rob Terry's interest to controlling DS is so he can influence the people and paper trail linked to Quindell's original (and fraudulent) IPO.

KnobPark Update Rob Terry's latest scam vehicle has issued a statement saying it has met with the board of DS (interesting, as DS denied any such meeting had taken place so someone is telling porkies) following which"We expect last year’s trading results to be in line with the trading update that was given around the time of the fundraise, and that the company will use the opportunity to ensure the goodwill on its balance sheet is at an appropriate level. We would expect the company to be around breakeven this year, and during 2016 to organically produce a level of profitability that comfortably supports our 4.5p valuation on normal market metrics, taking into consideration the growth already being achieved"Now call me old fashioned but I don't think it usual or proper or even legal for Company A to hold a meeting with a listed Company B and then, in effect, put out a trading statement on its behalf or say what its profits will be.The guy is clearly a menace and the sooner he is locked up, the better.

how are you left? Six weeks ago today DS issued 36 million new shares at 3.35p.I wonder how the mugs who subscribed now feel, having lost 60% of their investment in just six weeks.

Re: Use your noggin Shorting even much larger companies is not easy so tend to agree, difficult to short and much riskier than many, especially as we have seen the share price move in a manner not connected with fundamentals.But that doesn't mean people should buy or hold. Ultimately fundamentals will out. And Dan is a truly awful little bag of vomit with no redeeming features. Great hope was place in the arrival of Rob terry but he will not be permitted to buy more than 10% and as he is busy chatting to the cops, he has other things on his mind like shower protocol and porridge.

Use your noggin "What have we learnt today? The share price moves 3% with only £6k of trades. Spread at 5%. You can guarantee that TW and his mates haven't got any skin in this game. They don't like RT and try to spread their poison. It wont work here with a company with an MCAP of £20m. Probably at least £16m sitting with larger shareholders. Of the very small shareholders 90% will be looking for 4.5p at least. So perhaps £400k may be available at prices up to 4.5p. Perhaps some naked shorting (very dangerous). At this level, only the spreadbetters are willing to sell. The MMs will cream a margin from them. Some may win, but not many IMO.This is a classic NEW type squeeze, but without the possibility of billions of shares landing in the shorters laps. Totally different to QPP which started with and MCAP of £2.7b and was sadly ripe for the shorters. There's also a LOT of holders here who would like to see anyone shorting this with a spreadbet burn.GLA DYOR"

Terry Serious There was a bit of excited comment here about Rob Terry being spotted going into DS for a chat with some of the directors.Well, I'm happy to report that he has also been seen going into the offices which houses the Canadian Embassy near Trafalgar Square. It also houses another organisation with the word "Serious" somewhere in its name.

Quindell by comparison Isn't it funny how the FCA's investigation is actually into statements released by Quindell (QPP).Which incidentally was initially suspended and then the shareprice has hardly blinked an eyelid or moved a penny or tuppeny either way. 1 or 2 percent at most.In true over egg'ed Aim form. Dan on the other hand where Rob Terry is only a mere shareholder has seen about 200 Million shares traded over 3 days, big falls and rebounds and ending in a noticeable fall in the shareprice at the end of the week.sets next week up for some more.So many opportunities being presented and presented.Own due diligence.
