Re: Tic tic tic I have no idea if a NOMAD will be appointed;but Terry or indeed any other party cannot buy more than 10% without first getting FCA approval as this is a regulated business. The applies regardless of being listed or not.No advantage to the present board in going private I would have thought as they have financed the business for years by continually selling shares.
just the right time for the us market open GLA.
news imminent fill your boots whilst you can at this price.
little shake before we move up again they must need shares.
bid up to 1.5
1.4 being paid now something is happening
Re: Tic tic tic So about 3 hours to find a nomad or shares suspended again. Certainly taking this to the wire.Just one conspiracy theory. If the current board don't want to play with Terry is this a good way to squeeze him out now before he manages to buy his bigger stake by having the shares suspended and taking the company private after a month in delisting? Mmm just a thought.......
I am in here for 2m and that's because were RT goes i go, that man knows what he is doing and this Country needs more innovative people like him follow the money i say.
Re: Tic tic tic I think the question is not "do we really think the board can afford to not have a nomad?" but rather can any nomad "afford" to represent!I can think of a couple of usual suspects who might if the price was right but they are already in a spot of bother from sailing close to the wind elsewhere and perhaps more importantly being seen by the wider public sailing close to the wind. The "night soil" chap at AIM,AKA The regulator does not mind if nasty business is kept in the dark but the stench generally on AIM is becoming more noticeable.Still it will be fun seeing if anyone emerges........
Tic tic tic So it was announced two weeks ago that the Nomad resigned with effect from this Friday and company in discussions with another Nomad to take over.Meantime Rob Terry pops up with just shy of 10% holding and intention to go to 29.9% and engage in corporate action with company. The shares were suspended from adept to March whilst they sorted out capital etc and now seem to be getting act together. My point - do we really think the board can afford to not have a nomad in place before Friday and once announced the shares will react sharply with Terry loitering to hoover up his stake at current average circa 1.32p once he gets approval. Come on management, announce the new nomad! Good luck a
I bought 1m at 11.30am at a premium and they did not show for an hour and even then they were shown as a green trade, looks like the same thing happened to the 1.6m bouht later .
Oooooh exciting Oh this is so thrillingTo think that my 3,000 shares in whatever the long forgotten original investment was, are now worth £36 compared to £4 at the turn of the year What shall I do with all that money?maybe wait another 25 years to get back to 15p....................................
Re: I million block buys now - nm 32.8m traded and down on the daay after being up on the news of RT now has 9.08% still another 8+m for the almost 10%.was it some buying today, most likley as plenty of large trades at about the price he was buying yesterday. 1.325p
I million block buys now - nm Nm
Buying pressure I see 500k blocks being bought this afternoon. Is RT starting his buying spree to get to 29.9% or is there another interested party lurking? Very interesting times ahead.
