Goodbye .. I had seen this note a while ago and had been naively sitting back wondering what the next stage might be. I had not realized that DAN had been de-listed from AIM and according to Barclays who I spoke to this morning my 35,900 shares which I originally purchased for £1000 are now worthless. I have eMailed Peter Shea to check if there is any process of recovering any of these funds. I assume there are many others in the same boat and would be interested to understand what others are doing .... or have I lost the lot!?

Goodbye .... .... and good riddance to this heap of merde. It is a scandal it has been allowed to continue for so long and to foist a number of blatant frauds onto the market - Naibu, Vyke, QPP, Globo amongst many others.So where are all the punters who told me I was wrong, this was a 10 bagger etc etc etc. Utter drivel from start to finish but how come they have all run away to hide?

Re: Another Nomad deserts them Which means they'll be finally kicked off AiM on 21 Jan.They promised a share placing "shortly" almost three months ago.Weird too how they claim a bond issue has improved their net asset position. How does issuing debt improve NAV? Alchemy?They're so useless they appear not to understand even basic finance and balance sheets.

Re: rats, ship, sinking etc On 3 November I saidS "announces the intended resignation of Non-Executive Director Peter Dicks from the Board of the Company. His resignation will take effect on publication of the Audited Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2015 and the recommencement of trading in the Company's shares on AIM"So he might never leave, trapped for life. Looks like Mr Dicks read my post, got the point and has now torn up he qualification about when he would resign and has left with immediate effect.Just before DS goes bust, one wonders?

What a mess.As a former director recently reminded me Daniel Stewart was the adviser to:Vyke (fraud. now bust); Naibu (fraud bust in all but name)Globo (fraud, bust)Quindell (fraud)and one other scam the name of which I now forget.How is it allowed to continue to operate as an FCA regulated company?

shortly? Oh dear, oh dear. On 1 October shares in AIM-listed Daniel Stewart (DAN) were suspended for failure to publish accounts on time for the second year running. In between times it was suspended again after its previous Nomad resigned. Three suspensions in thirteen months does seem to be a tad careless, does it not? But the 1 October RNS told us that The Company is working on the conclusion of a funding package that it expects to announce shortly, following which it expects to be able to publish its FY 2015 Accounts and resume trading on AIM. It is now 18 October. Well, where is it? Are there a few issues going on behind the scenes that we have not been told about?As revealed by Tom Winnifrith HERE word was circulating that Daniel Stewart had raised £1 million at 1.5p. Yet here we are two and a half weeks on and as yet there is no sign of it. Why might that be?Perhaps it is something to do with a few anomalies in the last sets of accounts for Daniel Stewart Securities plc and its main trading subsidiary, Daniel Stewart and Company plc which included some pretty basic errors as well as numbers not matching from one set of accounts to the other – see HERE.Or perhaps it is the stack of anomalies over the share capital of the subsidiary which, Companies House filings demonstrate, offer considerable confusion over how many shares in the subsidiary actually exist and even the nominal value of them – see HERE.Maybe it is something to do with the missing Companies House filings for the parent for share issues conducted earlier this year – see HERE.Or it just might be the small issue of 3.5 million shares in the parent apparently going missing, according to RNSs released – see HERE.Now what could possibly be the problem here?! Is it any of the above, of is it perhaps anything to do with fraudster Mr Robert Simon Terry?All that, for a company which contains an FCA regulated entity as a Broker and corporate adviser!Plenty to ponder for Nomad Roland “Fatty” Cornish, as he considers the statement in the last RNS that Daniel Stewart is working on the conclusion of a funding package that it expects to announce shortly. How soon is “shortly”? Is a statement required?

suspended (again) Is this the third suspension in 12 months? Surely the AiM authorities should have a three strikes and you're out rule - if they can never, ever publish their accounts on time they shouldn't be on a public market.

Profits warning - what profits? After hours warning of terrible results and company needs to publish accounts pronto or be suspended yet again (how long does it take to add up their pocket money revenue?). And Rob Terry said these were worth 10p in his humble opinion. He'll be even more humble when he is sent to jail.When will this dog be put down?
