YBI Loan Conversion to Equity This injects $10m into the company and almost clears the last of the RTZ debt and gives the company much more freedom to progress. The conversion price is about 3.27p a share which is reasonable but not generous. Importantly helps to secure the company's future and again demonstrates the support from the larger shareholders. I suspect that the company must be looking much more attractive to outside companies as the company's commitments are progressively met - especially with a stronger price for coal, However, as a long term suffering shareholder, I would like to benefit from the massive coal deposits owned by CZA.The B

Coal Price Someone on the APF board posted this link:-[link] true that implies that the price of coal is being semi-regulated - and that would be good for CZA as they will have greater certainty that they will make a good profit on their coal sales.The B

20 feb On another board, someone has suggested from a reliable source that they have set themselves a deadline of 20 Feb for Keaton. As always take that with a pinch of salt but hopefully things will come together

M&G are still Believers in CZA Another RNS - this time a placement to M&G at a price of about 3.23p a share (US$0.04081) is not too bad a price and gives CZA a bit more cash. It confirms M&G's continued support and keeps CZA going - although I would rather CZA were able to get on with converting their assets to generate revenue rather than keep going back to shareholders and diluting the shares yet again.The B

Keaton I emailed the company last week about Mandi Glad's comment that Keaton takeover could be resolved by the end of the month.It said it could but there are a lot of moving parts.....Maybe news is finally on the way 
we're also due our quarterly update by Tuesday.

RTZ .. sells coal mines in Australia:-[link] China still has an appetite to buy coal mines - the slide rules must have been passed over CZA - so potential for an approach as CZA has huge assets of high quality coal.On a slight tangent, the decision to build a new oil pipeline in the USA is an indication that the promised investment in infrastructure in the USA will take place - and that will need huge amounts of steel - an support the price of coking coal. Not so sure about the Mexican wall - but even that might need steel reinforcement.The B
